Bought Poor quality parallel import tyres. Lousy customer service tyres from the Clyde…
Bought Kumho tyres from the Clyde branch. One of the tyre's sidewall burst within 6 weeks and they just fobbed me off. Reason why they are cheaper is they bring in inferior quality parallel imports. Avoid this mob and go to reputable stores.

Good at sales, terrible at service!
I spent $900 on a set of new rims and 2 new tires that developed a serious vibration before the first rotation was due.
They failed to identify the issue even though it was plain to see under normal inspection, however, they rotated the tires anyway and charged me $40 for the service. 2 weeks later my mechanic advised me that these tires needed replacing immediately.
Tempe tyres refused to take any ownership of the issue, and wouldn't even refund the $40 they charged me to rotate the stricken tyres. That's all I asked for.
Well, needless to say they will not see me or my money again.
note; it was the two rear tyres that had the issue.They said I must have hit something, which if you just think about that for a second, is literally impossible to do without hitting the front tyres as well! Unless you're travelling under 10k/hr, in which case, damage is highly unlikely.

I called Tempe Tyres today to book new…
I called Tempe Tyres today to book new tyres.
I was told to bring the car in and did not need to book.
I asked the person on the phone if I would be able to wait the answer was yes.
I took the car in to the Tempe garage which was a 40min drive agreed and was told that it would take 3 hours.
I thought this was totally unreasonable 1/2 hour to 1 hour would have been ok.
I should have been told when I spoke to the salesman.

Want no bull#%@& service and great customer service
Not everyone will take the time to make sure there customers are truly happy with the product and service. Tempe tyres does. After several chats with the great people there i had all the information I needed and they were only to happy to help. Second to none. Would be my only recommendation for purchasing tyres or wheels on internet.

Tempe Tyres where the only ones who where interested in helping and said they have a few models in stock but best to bring it in due to the possibility of being different offsets on the wheel nuts.
Joe was a very helpful man who went out of his way to assist.
Great company. Have no hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I will use them again.
