Temok has completely helped me get back into doing websites again. Unlike other places that can cost much more, their tech support team doesn't just tell you that most technical hiccups are just your own responsibility to learn all about (esp. when you are not a professional system administrator). With Temok I have experienced more honesty, reliability, and helpfulness that a list of higher profile hosts I have dealt with for over 15 years. I have never opened a support ticket and received anything but very prompt attention and resolved issues. I wanted to help others and show my gratitude by finding somewhere to post a review. The way I found out about Temok was from the two most qualified people I know -- the tier 3 PC tech support guys that help us tier 1 and tier two tech support guys.

This is a scam site. for domain transfer, I paid 17 Aug. $99 , 10 days ago. for domain transfer only 5 days enough when I message on live support they tell me he request for fu_king department inform me by email. but I do not get any reply over 3 days. Be careful about this site.

Temok is very helpful and provide a really good service. I did notice I need more resources than anticipated and therefore my package turned out to be more expensive than I initially wanted. But the service the team provides is great. I got some problems with migrating hosting, website, e-mail and so on. Temok's team is always there to help you very quickly. To have good support is really valuable.

A long ambition to start my own web designing company,so registered a company in India... but don't know from where to start by buying domain name and hosting space tried with google search "Temok" came up, but don't know anything in this field as i have no knowledge on the server side, the support guided me a lot, on the other hand there was a problem for me in the currency conversion from INR to USD but some how I decided that my website needs to to hosted here, creating an account after a big struggle. The support and the billing team helped me a lot. Especially a person who was kind enough to help me in dire need Mr. John Finch. I also like to thank the entire support team who is working tirelessly to words customer satisfaction. I also came to know Temok was started in the year 2014. I am wishing them a grand success for their future endeavors.

To be honest, I was almost giving up on my websites hosted on my previous hosting providers due to there response on every call that sorry we dont do this, here is the guide, do it yourself, common!! If i had that much time then why should'nt I setup my own hosting servers instead of develeopig websites.
anyways I am thanking God that I found Temok in some searches, they surely took away all the technical stuff away from my shoulder, or I would rather say, they take almost all the burden away from your shoulders and do give you fastest possible solution with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
I am moving all my domains one by one to Temok and keeping my development work done with more ease and concentration without even thinking about server side scripts and complex commands.
They stand next to you for any help you need to run the site/server smoothly, continuously and error free.

I can say this company is legit. Would recommend it to anyone. Always there to fix my websites;)

At first I insisted on hosts "closer to home"... but after getting sick of being hacked and stolen from and lied to, I tried Temok and not only stopped having these problems, I discovered a level of free tech support that would help like no other, reminding me of the days before average handle times. Occasionally something works a little differently here, and one out of 20 times there's a small wait to get someone who can help, but usually it's real-time and the 1 out of 20 times is well worth it because of how well they help when you get them, not even giving up when it's your user error. They will help you fix anything.

Sadly a low rating. Their service is really basic, so e.g. contact forms do not work in WordPress, which is one of the reasons for making web sites in WordPress. Additionally, their support is not able to answer questions because they don't have knowledge about WordPress hosting. Their prices are low, but so is their functionality and support.
Static web sites work fine with them, but contemporary web sites are difficult or impossible to use.
