I am filing this complaint on behalf of my elderly mother regarding repeated unauthorized charges from TelyRx.
My mother has never done business with TelyRx, has never opened an account with the company, has never purchased products or services from the company, and has never authorized TelyRx to charge any of her financial accounts.
Beginning around May 2025, unauthorized charges from TelyRx appeared on her debit card account and continued for 9 months, resulting in thousands of dollars in losses. When the charges were discovered, the bank advised that because the transactions were made using a debit card, only a limited portion of the most recent charges could be disputed and reimbursed.
To stop the unauthorized activity, my mother closed the affected bank account entirely and obtained a new account number. She also obtained a new credit card. Despite these actions, TelyRx subsequently charged the new credit card three additional times within a single month for more than $600.
My mother personally contacted TelyRx and informed the company that she had never authorized any transactions. She requested information regarding the account, purchases, authorizations, and billing records associated with the charges. TelyRx refused to provide meaningful information and claimed HIPAA laws prevented disclosure of transaction details. The company would not explain how it obtained her payment information and did not provide documentation showing that my mother authorized any purchases.
Because my mother is a senior citizen and because the unauthorized charges continued even after she closed her original bank account and obtained entirely new banking and credit card information, we request an immediate investigation into the source of these transactions, the authorization records supporting them, and the company's billing practices.
We believe these circumstances raise serious concerns regarding unauthorized financial activity and potential elder financial exploitation. We respectfully request assistance in stopping any future charges and recovering funds that were taken without authorization.

Solid alternative to your regular Dr appointment and pharmacy visit. Simple process to explain your condition and get reviewed by a Dr. and if appropriate get prescribed. I lost insurance and didnt want to run out of meds and they turned it around very quickly. I am now on auto refill and they have timed it perfectly to when I run out.

pros- access to many perscription medications. Fairly quick. Cuts out DR. visit and Pharmacy visit. No insurance = no problem.
cons- expensive (its like a convenience store for medications) the 'visit fee' and inflated shipping costs are high.

Inflates shipping to pad their profits
I like the service but man are they as sneaky as a shady ebayer. They always charge 9.99 shipping just a few miles to my house from theirs, using their special corporate rate at stamps.com, for a measly 50 gram package total weight, more than doubling the actual ship cost. Now they've raised their shipping rates to $12 because 10 just wasn't enough shipping profit. It's a slimy tactic that makes me question everything else they do. Wondering if the meds are real at this point
