Contacted Telos Lighting directly and spoke with Daniel fantastic customer service and great knowledge of product . I will continue to use Telos Lighting going forward and I would recommend to everyone.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to purchase a Telos Growcast from a third-party seller. However, I encountered an issue when downloading the app from the Play Store, which effectively rendered the smart features of the device unusable.

I decided to call their customer service number, which I found online. My call was answered within seconds, and after explaining the issue, I was informed that I would receive a callback from their IT specialist. True to their word, I got the call, and after some troubleshooting (including a bit of operator error on my part), we managed to get everything set up.

Although I’ve only had the product for a day and can’t yet comment on its performance, the customer service I received was absolutely five-star. I’m confident that any future issues will be handled just as efficiently.

Needed to upgrade my original unit V1 (running over 4 yrs without issue) and bought a mesh10, as been very happy with results of original model.

Super quick to reply to customer enquiries.
Appropriate solutions offered at very reasonable prices.
Kieran the member of staff who dealt with my unit was super polite and respectful in all communications.

Amazing lights that have really taken my growing to the next level. Been running 12 hours a day for about 4 years and still going strong, would highly recommend to anyone growing indoors.

Customer service is second to none and the shipping is very quick.

Have bought 6 telos 0010 lights four years ago, as circumstances have changed, did not have a chance to run them, so they ware sitting on the shelf. As I have a chance to run them now, found out that one of the driver is faulty and light is blinking. So contacted the seller, they were not able to help, so advised to contact Telos customer services. Sent email with attached problem and explained what happened. They have offered replacement even though 3 years warranty has gone. That made me very happy, they ware quick in their response and super friendly! Glad that I have bought this company products! I chose telos lights as they said they were future proof as you could upgrade when new led's available THIS IS NOT TRUE 2 YEARS LATER NO TRACE OF THE TELOS 10 OR 6 OR UPGRADE PANELS ON WEBSITE. 2 YEARS IS NOT FUTURE PROOF BEWARE OF LIARS

Love the light but have sent about 4 emails to enquire about different things and not had one reply. UPDATE, Turns out my emails were going into their spam folder. The guys rang me up apologised and answered all my questions, perfect! Keep up the good work. Anyway I’ve upgraded my telos 008 mesh driver and new leds but there isn’t an option on the app for an upgraded telos 008, can this be added? update, they say it’ll be added in the next app update.

They just keep getting better. The fact it was reasonably priced to upgrade my original light after many years use to the latest tech is amazing. Customer for life here.

I purchased a Telos 08 a few years ago for my
(Capsicum Chinese ) plants and is a top piece of kit I would even say nearly squaddie proof Not the usual foreign muck i see for sale so i purchased a mesh upgrade 300w driver due to the 08 being to powerful for the cuttings . The Boss or one of them sent me a mesh 300w Driver that had been clearly fitted to a light unit marked and scratched thinking I would not complain ( Wrong ) there are top people who i spoke to that work there and understood that It should not of happened i know shortages of material etc but management should remember the customer pays there wages so dont be greedy. I was asked did want a refund etc but i needed it and i still rate there lights one of the best LED Lights available
