I was skeptical at first. But after moving money into Tellus, I saw a daily funds deposit into my account. This is amazing, my bank was paying me a very small amount… and was not daily. I am a believer…👍🏾

I truly feel like my money is safe. I enjoy the different tiers on ways I can increase my wealth. The boosts account really makes it fun with a daily quiz to help boost your daily APY! I love my money making money on the daily! Such a great app!

I really LOVE saving with Tellus. The rate is hands down the best I have seen. Their app is super easy to use and I really get a kick out of doing their daily quiz where correct answers give your rate a boost. Plus there is the daily boost. So it's always above the 4.5% I already get! Been saving for well over a year now with them.

Initially I was thinking what the risk of could be setting up an account and transfer funds to an entity which is not a bank, but still I deposited funds in Tellus, since Jun'2022 and I received interest of more than $1000 in Yr'2022 and every time I requested for anything like seeking some info, the customer care was promptly responded and resolved the query. I would suggest everyone to invest in Tellus and its the highest returns you would get sa compared to other banking institutions.

Absolutely love Tellus for earning interest on my money. They have very good digital customer service that has been good about responding to my needs. They do update the app a lot, but that is a sign they’re constantly improving and I love being able to earn boosts on my money just by signing in daily. I hope they have more people sign up because I believe they could expand their services even more.

So far so good. Tellus gives you what they promised and the app is easy to navigate and very clear.

Original Review: The Tellus app has a great investment model and I so want it to work for me, but they flagged my account for some reason I can't do any ACH transfers. I've used Plaid and ACH with other simililair investment apps and haven't faced this issue. Customer service recommended using Zelle, but soon after that, it seemed to have been removed as an alternative funding option. That leaves bank wire, but isn't practical considering the domestic wire transfer fees from my bank.

Updated Review: after leaving my initial review, Tellus customer service has been very prompt to remedy the issue, and from what it seems, it is all cleared up. I am now able to initiate transfers without any hang-ups. Time will tell how well I like the Tellus app overall. Thank you!

Why TELLUS APP doesn't have customer serves phone numbers and physical address? If so, the investors feel more confidence with TELLUS APP.

I’m interested in using the App but it seems like Tellus support only responds to the 5 star good reviews. There’s a bad review about customer support no where to be found and no support has responded yet. Whats the contact number for Tellus?

I just invested in an account with Tellus because of the great reviews online regarding the safety of this app and the fabulous customer service. Yet no one appears to be home after numerous attempts to reach a customer service rep. Wondering if those so-called customer reviews are even real now. Very disappointed.

One of the easiest apps to use. Love how it’s associated with Chase Bank. I was like most people first skeptical of this style of banking. But after a few months of using Tellus. Im a firm believer in this style of banking. Also what’s nice is seeing your interest being added to your account every day. Plus the questions that keep giving you some nice boosts to your boost account. I would recommend this to anyone. Who wants to try something new and different and get a nice interest rate on your hard earned money.
