Tello is fairly priced and allows you to buy ONLY what you need . Their service is amazing and it works well, plus you get all the flexibility of a month to month plan change, if needed ! Their customer service is prompt and happy to help, their agents are super competent and KNOW their stuff . Price and service ! Many places will jt offer both , I'll tell you that much .
First call was not a good connection so I tried again and Leonardo answered. He guided me as I added another line on your website. He was very helpful.

Porting my current number didn't work the first time because the transfer pin was expired.but thanks to Mauricio and Michael it was resolved quickly and fairly seamlessly. Great job by your Customer Service agents.

Rossio was so patient and guided me through and we were able to resolve the problem, and we appreciate the terrific phone service.
They scammed me out of $193 USD. Bought a phone from them even though Amazon listed it cheaper because the Tello page stated it had a 2 year warranty. It wouldn't charge due to a broken USB C connector. Tello had me buy a USB cable before admitting that its a common issue with the model of phone the sold me. They refused to let me return it for refund as they claim that they only have a 30 day warranty and support had me buy and wait for a new cable to run out the clock. Tried going through the manufacture but it turned out that Tello sent it in prior to selling it to me for the same problem and opted to not have it fixed.

Tello used to be a good company that cared about customers, but they changed. They took away old plans and intentionally created limits that forced customers to move to more expensive plans. Not only that, they deleted over $300 of referral credits that I've worked hard to earn over many years! Don't support this company. There are much better companies that deserve your loyalty!

Phone won't Ring! Can't answer calls. Calls went directly to voice mail. Could not dial out! Only text worked. TELLO kept telling me it was my Samsung unlocked A11 -WRONG! After several... MONTHS... constantly calling trying to get help from Tello finally a night tech told me to go to Connections - Mobile Network - Access Point Name. He had me enter "ims" in three areas and restart phone. It was then ims appeared on screen under Tello. After that my phone worked! I could not find this info anywhere on their website and suggested they do so but customer service was never receptive and they ignored me. The time I spent wasted daily with Tello customer service was ridiculous. Hope this helps someone!
