Sent the wrong item to me. I have sent 3 emails over the past month with no response.
Telic has no customer service team as near as I can tell. I placed an order for a single pair of shoes on 9/27/25. It is now 10/9/25 and my order has yet to ship.
Repeated attempts to reach someone via website (telic.com) chat have gone no where. No one ever picks up the chat.
The phone number provided at telicfootwear.com, +1.208.287.3646, is a dead line. The website telicfootwear.com seems to be some ancillary site to the main site at telic.com...both websites suggest the company is located in Boise, Idaho.
While I've been waiting for my order to ship, I've received two marketing emails to buy more product. Why on earth would I do that when my order from last month has yet to be fulfilled?!
I've asked to cancel the order. I doubt I'll hear back from Telic. Next week, I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Ordered a product Sept 23rd. Now October 9th and no update on shipping. Company charged my cc right away. Customer service doesn't exist or doesn't answer. The customer service number is not one that works - disconnects. First time and last time customer!
The flip flops are comfortable, but there is no regulation in their sizing. I have ordered 4 pairs all fit very differently even thought they all say size Medium. Last pair the part between your toes broke approx 14 months after I bought them, but only 1.5 seasons of wear and they told me to fix it- buy a new pair at full price. That’s $87 CAD for a pair of flip flops. I think they forgot without customers they are just holding a piece of foam.
this used to be a great company, but not now. I purchased shoes from them FOUR months ago, was charged immediately but the shoes have never been shipped. Emails are sometimes answered with an "they are on their way" response, other times no response at all. I have purchased several other pairs of shoes from them in the past with no issue, but 2025 seems to be the year they have become a company not to buy anything from - they take your money but don't ship the product. GRRRR.
I ordered sandals on 8/22. On 9/3 I got an email saying the order had shipped and offering tracking no info. But the package never moved. Tracking showed it sitting in Garden City, ID. I wrote customer service three times, no reply. I tried their online chat support, but no one ever showed up. Their phone numbers don’t work—nothing happens when you dial them, and they’re listed differently by one digit in every web listing. I finally contacted my credit card company last night to refuse payment.
TELIC Canada has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They sent me a defective pair of thongs. I complained. So they sent me another defective pair of thongs! Whatever happened to Quality Control? They never checked the thongs before sending them. Now I have 2 pairs of defective Telic thongs. I am being told to return them before they will give me a refund. Then I asked for my shipping fee to be refunded. They agreed to that. Now I want them to give me a free pair in another colour (the black pairs were defective, but the other colours were not) for them putting me to all this trouble, which has increased my stress level substantially attending to their lack of accountability. If you read their emails, they are unprofessional - no contact name, no date, no signature - extremely unbusinesslike. Avoid. Worse, when I contacted TELIC USA, the mother company via the chat window on its website, I was put on hold for an hour. I gave up. The contact phone number for TELIC USA does not work, and is listed differently on all of the Google searches I made. Nobody answers the TELIC Canada contact phone number. It's a shame because the non-defective pairs of TELIC thongs are great. I have 8 pairs in different colours and all of them are excellent, but these 2 black pairs sent to me by TELIC Canada are either defective or cheap knock-offs. Everything points to fraud or unprofessional behaviour. WARNED.
Have been ordering from this company for years, for some reason this year they have gone downhill. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes beginning of July; it's now mid-August and we still haven't received them. Customer service does not email back, and the number I found for their office is disconnected.
I would not order from this company again. I ordered two pairs and it took over a month for one pair to come and the 2nd pair never showed up. I was charged for both pairs.
Bought 3 pairs of Telic flip flops. Wore one pair to a pool. took them off at the end of the day I put them on and they were tight and felt a little small. Went home couldn't find the size of on the flip flop or the label. I wrote to them on there site and haven't heard back. Wore them again to the pool at the end of the day put them back on. They shrunk!!! No longer fit my foot. I measured them to the other flip flops I bought from them and there definitely is a difference in size. I thought I was imagining it. I wrote to them on there web site and e-mailed them and haven't heard back from them. The phone # listed is not a working #.
3 weeks and shoes haven't shipped. I tried to use their online customer service chat and waited for someone to join my chat for 2.5 hours and gave up. Emailed customer service and they couldn't even apologize for the crappy experience. I asked them to cancel my order. We'll see if I actually get my money back. Pretty bad experience with this company. Do not recommend.
Absolutely horrible experience. Placed an order on 4/18 ... as of 4/28, the website shows the order as "unfulfilled" ... which, by the way, is an appropriate description of my expectations for my shopping experience with Telic. To make matters worse, they have not responded to my "contact us" chat on their website for four hours...
I am given 15 days to return boots that are too small. Return link doesn't work on their website. No replies to emails from Customer Service. No phone number.
Whatever material they use for their sandals now is trash. They feel nothing like they used to. I bought a new pair sent them back they feel slippery and they're not soft like they used to be. Definitely do not recommend.
If I could rate a 0 I would. Sent back a pair of boots I couldn’t zip up on 1/12/24 using label they sent and I was charged $15 for. I can’t get Telic or USPS to respond. Telic doesn’t list phone number on their website and finally found it on instagram. It says to send email- which I have sent 4 emails with NO response- would NEVER order from this company again.
Unfortunately, the quality of their shoes has deteriorated. Customer service doesn't respond to emails and their phone voice mail says to contact customer service by email.
They may be some of the most expensive sandals around but they are worth every penny! I just bought from their competition, just a few dollars cheaper, and there was no comparing the quality and comfort of Telic! Don't make my mistake - buy Telic, your feet will thank you!
