Complaint Regarding Inadequate Customer Service via Chat

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received via your online chat support. I reached out for assistance regarding billing explanations, but unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful help or resolution.

Despite my efforts to explain my concerns, the responses I received were either unhelpful or did not address my questions properly. This experience has been frustrating, as I expected prompt and efficient support from Telia.

I wish I could attach screenshots of the conversation for reference. I kindly request that you review the matter. Additionally, I would appreciate any feedback on how Telia intends to improve its customer service to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Customer 8 years and taken like 7 phons…

Customer 8 years and taken like 7 phons on this period.Payed always on time.
Now asking for credit for new phone ca 5000 KR for 12 months and they say no :-)
Stupid counting system taken also bills from half year ago:-) like syn for car I make every month:-).

The stupidest company ever created

The stupidest company ever created. Total waste of time, their website is crap, and if you don't pay your monthly payment in time once in 3 years due to banking related issues they charge you huge amounts.
