The advertising definitely oversells…

The advertising definitely oversells what you get. Some of the services happened right away but when it came time to results, they were slow and some have not happened at all yet.

Communication at the start was quick and snappy but as you get a month or two into all of what you may have purchased from them, things fall off a cliff.

The website itself has a bunch of errors on my portal now. I have asked for them to be corrected.

It is not a user friendly site, so you will poke around to try and find things.
