Spoke to customer service

Spoke to customer service ! The guy was truly rude ! No empathy at all ! Tried to write a review so that helps them to re consider their service! Unfortunately the reviews in trustpilot gives an impression it's their culture !! Hope one day they realize how important is to care customers !!!
