I purchased a $2000.00 camera/eyepiece from this vendor , there was a problem with a 12v adapter included with this unit that was defective and they would not acknowledge or respond to my inquiry about this situation. For that expense you would expect some kind of support however they offered none. Obviously this is VERY POOR customer support.
