Terrible pizza. We took 3 pizzas, it was a promo so they were at good price, but the taste … all 3 terrible.

Worst customer service ever, I ordered 3 boxes of pizaa before we go outside so that it will also save our time. But it turns out that it will waste our time and we are waiting fot the pizza for almost 1 hour and a half. They ruin our plan to go outside.

they are fraudsters, stay away!
I made an order through their website, and they took the money but denied the order, they did not send me any receipt. their customer service don't help and they hate English speakers. They refused to help. When I reviewed them in their social media to tell the truth and be heard, they simply blocked my account to silent free speech. That's a disgraceful behaviour for a company. Now I'm starting a legal procedure against them. Stay away from these fraudsters.

Awful service. Took my order, never delivered the food. Rude on the phone, then stopped answering the phone when I tried chasing up my order / a delivery time etc.

On telephone after placing an order to confirm the details the girl on the phone was totally unhelpful. I asked to cancel. I then sent an email asking to confirm the refund and was faced by a written third degree as to why. Every purchase from the shop in Peniscola has been of very poor quality and complaints have always been ignored.

26€ por una pizza mediana y 70 minutos de espera? Telepizza apesta a empresa cadaver. No me extraña que estén casi en quiebra.

Pizzas are good but small (medium here is small at Pizza Hut) and abusively/ridiculously overpriced (~20€ for a pizza? Seriously?). Pizzahut.com addresses/links are hijacked to open their app (seriously?).

Totally disappointed with them delivered the wrong order and when I phoned them complaining they were very rude and refused to admit their mistake instead they asked us to order again and pay again. Their pizza was good for the bin . Very angry customer

Telepizza associates itself with PRIVICOMPRAS.ES who will steal 15€ from you every month through some kind of privilege program which you won’t even know you agreed to. They have stolen thousands and thousands of Euros from Telepizza customers. The only way to stop this HUGE SCAM is to hold Telepizza responsible for allowing this through their association and enablement. BOYCOTT TELEPIZZA!!!
