Rates go up and down depending on the costs on the global market. the last time TelephoneKenya.com operated rate changes was in February 2021. But they were rate decreases, not increases.
When rates go significantly up we usually announce it by email. When they go down and when we have offers/coupons too, we announce it by email as well to those who are subscribed to get "Special offers". That is an option available in one's account by a simple switch ON. Also, on every transaction, you get Thank You points (loyalty points) you can convert into free Voice Credit when you reach 1000. Currently, you have 286 points in your account. That info is also available in your online account.

I have been having trouble this year…
I have been having trouble this year with all my international calls. I do not get to finish a conversion without the phone cutting off. I have to call several times to finish a conversation, sometimes it does not last 2 minutes. It has become quite frustrating.
