It took overlong to get my order fulfilled. I figured the delay likely occurred at Customs/JFK. When it finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The little “robot puppies” that are photographed... See more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY
this company mis-advertises their product. I have been asking for a refund since early October 8, 2025 and they keep telling me that my money has been refunded.
WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY, the are nothing more than scammers taking your money
The robotic puppies are not as…
The robotic puppies are not as advertised, they came in a plastic bag with no paperwork, just a hard piece of plastic with cheap yarn or fuzz glued on them and a pink piece of felt for a tongue. They are not realistic as seen in the ads, when batteries were put in, they make a squeaky noise, back up a little and move forward a little then repeat. I did manage to get the additional over charge back that they scammed me with once I emailed them numerous times. I had to send, pictures of the packaging, the puppies, email confirmation, and the receipt. In the end I asked for a full refund because I’m dissatisfied with their product. Their company stated in their ad I could get a refund in a concern amount of time. I’ve been emailing them for over a month. I only received $15.00 for a $49.99 purchase. They don’t want their product back and I don’t want them either. I’m not giving up.
Horrendous customer service.
Product was not as advertised and not appropriate for a young child. I asked to return item for a refund. After 10 emails they agreed to refund and did not want product back. 🤷♀️. I waited 40 days for refund. They kept saying the issue was with my credit card company. After more emails I had to file a dispute.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you did, file a dispute immediately. Ugh
Scam alert
Scam alert! On November 10, 2025, I ordered robotic puppies from their website. Items never received and tracking number took me to a service that could not be translated to English! The day the package was supposedly delivered, 12/10, I checked my security cameras, and no delivery from the USPS occurred. Complete scam!
They are a complete scam.
They are a complete scam.
Still looking for my refund....
They keep saying it was approved but more than a month has gone by and no refund!
The company started out with Telegelam but now the correspondence us thru Juxek ???
Ordered 6 with 2 more came free
Ordered 6 with 2 more came free. Total Nico’s eight. All stuffed in a bag all bent up. They are NOT as advertised!!! They only walk in a straight line and bark, wagging tail. Tongue a piece of felt. Purchased these for nursing home adults. Hard bodied Nico’s can’t even do a pretend sleep. Refund please I will send them back in same lousy pkg.

I would give a negative score if I could. I ordered the product on November 8th and all site says it is on the way and don’t call the service center they never answer. I think they are scammers.
Telegelam Scam
This company is a complete scam. No where in the order process do they disclose they are in China. I ordered robotic dogs which I never received. Because their tracking service 17Track (another scam) showed it was delivered they refused a refund. From what I have read the product I ordered was not what was advertised. Now I’m out the money and don’t even have their cheap product.
I ordered a Nico puppy
I ordered a Nico puppy. It was supposed to life-like, have a rechargeable battery, respond to human commands. It was supposed to act and look like a real puppy. It should lick with it's tongue. It was nothing like the video showed it would be. It had to have batteries. All it would do was jump around and bark. There was nothing life-like about it. It looked so fake. It looked like something that you would buy from the dime store. It was terrible. When I tried to get my money refunded, which was within the 90 day period, I was told I could only get a partial refund. This occurred in October, 2025. I am still trying to get my refund. I would suggest that no one purchase this product. I think it should be removed from the market for false advertisement.

Was double charged and promised a refund. I have contacted them many times but it’s now around 6 months and I have not gotten a refund. One of the items was broken but we were able to glue its leg back on but when we had a crying child, I ordered another one through Amazon. Tried to cancel within the hour but it said we could not cancel and would have to do a return when it arrived. Put in for a refund and only got $10 which was a 40% refund. These puppies are cute but definitely not like the ad.
I have been fighting with this company…
I have been fighting with this company for 2 months. All I wanted was to send the product back and get refunded for it. They offered $10 and then $20 refund and I could keep the product. I said “No. I don’t want the product because it wasn’t as advertised. Then they offered me $42 and to keep their junk. They said I would get it in 3 to 20 business days. So far it has been 31 business days and still no refund. I wouldn’t even give them a 1. They get a zero from me. They are scammers!
What a scam
What a scam. Advertising looks great but actual item is a stupid puppy with only batteries. Company refuses to issue refund. Should not be allowed to advertise.

I ordered nicco the robotic…
I ordered nicco the robotic dog..nothing is real about this product? I had to use 2 aa batteries to get anything going with this product..I cant find a number or way to contact them for a refund..also when the package came after 5 weeks. It was ripped! The box was flattened and nicco was smashed down at the bottom of the package inside he wasnt even in the box! So How do I contact them? Also no USB or directions came with this product as it was shown on the advertisement ..I paid 45.00 on this! Not a happy customer! So is this a scam?..I want my money back! I took a picture of the way and bad condition this product was in when it arrived! But no way to add the picture on this review! I'm mad as hell overall! I want my money back! The phone number for customer service i found was 510 751 9182. Tried to call..got nothing but music and then a hang up..I cant get through the email either? > so what is going on? And then they asked me for an id picture and card? I don't trust them at all so there is no way I'm putting my id card for this company online to scam me further! They have my info already..when i ordered this product! They can call me and ill be more then happy to give them a selfie then...so I hope This is being read and they refund me..I'm not a dam robot! I'm a very unsatisfied human being and want my money back! That's it!

They are nothing like what was advertised. Big disappointment. The battery not rechargeable poor quality
I bought 2 of the Robotic puppies and ...
I bought 2 of the Robotic puppies and there is NOTHING robotic about them. I had to use 2 +AA batteries for the puppies to work when on the website it is showing for them to be charged with a USB cord, so it is very misleading on the website. They are cheaply made and nothing real looking about them. Wish I could show the picture compared to the advertised site. Buyer beware because I thought it was a promotion at such a low price at half off, and Black Friday but I was very wrong. I did call to return the puppies, and I can say that the customer service was very good to me and I am getting my all my money back, even though they offered me 30.00 back but I told them I paid 52.98 and then told me that my money would be refunded and got an immediate email saying that it was refunded. I did call China to get my refund instead of emailing and they told me to keep the fake puppies even though I offered to return them and the girl told me it wouldn't be fair for the shipping fee when I told her that I had already gotten them shipped for free. On the package, it said they were shipped from Abby Adkins from Chicago, 60007 SMH
