I ordered the iPhone 8 in December. The device was sent via PostNL and via the Track and Trace code I can see that this device has been returned to the sender (Refurb in Breda).
PhoneDiscounter stops responding to my message and the phone does not answer. I called the sender (Refurb) and hey told me to contact Telephone Discounter.

Ordered an Iphone in January. Paid, but didnot receive anything. They don't answer to e-mails and don't pick up their phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

iPhone ordered and paid early January. to date nothing received, also no track and trace number.
I don't get any response to the latest emails. scandalous
complaint filed with the police.

This is not a legitimate company. They make claims they do not uphold!!! I wish I knew this before I ordered a new iPhone to replace my broken iPhone which I needed in a hurry. It clearly stated on their website that it would be with me the next day and a no-quibble return policy if not completely satisfied.. It was an emergency so I took the risk instead of going to my phone provider... it arrived a week later, a really awful phone with a screen saver that had gone yellow and really in poor condition. So after many emails and very few replies, I sent the phone back to them.. so now I have no phone and no money,, they owe me 242 euros!!! Horrible that they are on FACEBOOK as traders!!!

Bought an Iphone back in December but it only arrived in January. Phone was "Lightly used" and not "as new" as what we ordered/payed for.
No earphones nor audio jack in the package.
Battery was only 84%.
They never reply to email.

Telefoondiscounter is a scam. I ordered and paid for a new Iphone. Iphone stopped working after 1 day. Returned the phone same week and requested a refund. After 5 weeks still no refund, Telefoondiscounter stopped reacting on any email, the listed phonenumber is not working and disconnects automatically, chat function is de-activated. There is no way to reach them. They clearly try to steel your money by stopping all communications with customers, once you have paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Mandater togive 1. Order cancelled the same day 1h after ordering mail send with proof and cancellation request. Nothing else than automatic reply don’t trust them go to irepairshop the same problem was solved in 5 working days here i wait already 2 weeks. What à bad company

I bought a iPhone XS and they said that it would be delivered within 2-5 workdays. After almost a month and a lot of emails they still didn't send the phone so I bought the phone on a different website. I cancelled the order at the end of November and I still haven't gotten my money back. I emailed them about it but there is no response and they don't answer there phone. So I am very unhappy with the service and the company!

Be careful of the quality of refurbished phone from this company and note there is poor post sale service….

I bought iPhone 8 in Jan 2021. The battery is now always 0 % and can’t be charged… I tried to figure out how to request Warrenty service, but it is lots of efforts/time consuming…… I will rather pay other shops to repair the phone …

I ordered a 256GB iphone X from this website. After 2 months they delivered a wrong one and I had to return it to the company and I paid for it myself. Now I am waiting for the right one to be sent but no reply to emails and no answer to calls. Disaster. It has been 3 months and I have not received my phone. Do not buy from this company.

Update: after involving a collection agency I managed to receive the refund. A month after canceling the order.

Ordered IPhone Xs on October 16th. They could not deliver the phone in time so I requested cancelation and a refund. Now November 2nd and still no refund. Support service is an awful experience. Always 4th in row and waiting forever. Email not answered in time. Requesting callback not being followed up. Will soon involve counceling to enforce refund. Really bad experience.

please don't buy here. i bought an i phone xs in new condition at the beginning of september. the device should have arrived within 5 days. but it didn't! after several attempts to reach the company by phone i gave up. i cancelled the order via email. they confirmed to me that the order is now cancelled and i will get the money back. i never got the money.... weeks later suddenly a package arrives with my phone. i wanted to return the device immediately, but since i lost all trust that this company will ever give me money back i now take the risk and am using the device. so far it seems to be in good condition, i am using it since one week.... battery is ok, screen sometimes freezes.... Please save yourself this drama and buy somewhere else!

Ordered an Iphone 10. Was broken when I received it. Had to return it and pay for shipping. They promised to refund the shipping money but didn't. Had to wait a month for a new one because they did not have one in stock. The new one arrived... also not working correctly. Emailed with the problem and their answer was to send it back again (and pay for shipping again). When I asked about the refund of previous phone I had to send back there was no reply. 👎︁

Super snelle levering!

The repair time for my iPhone 7 went from 10 days to 5 weeks. The company has lost control over the repair company that it uses. They have no actual idea how long a repair will take or when you will get your phone back. I was three times given the wrong information after waiting usually more than 25min on hold. One time over an hour and another it dropped it.

Might be good a fulfilling orders - but not follow up service.

I recently bought a refurbished iPhone X (in November) and thusfar I really enjoy it! The battery is unfortunately at 86% and thus not too great, but I can live with it. The service was great, although it would have been convenient to know which date it was coming. Overall a great experience and definitely a recommendation!

Very quick service, despite all the challenges of COVID 19. Telephone was exactly as expected and even though used, looks very good (almost new!)

i ordered a reconditioned iphone Xs plus, excellent price. it arrived few days later , conditions were perfect , just a litte scratch on 2 corners , the rest AS NEW.
it came with earphones and a charger, they are not original apple but they do the job pretty well

I received the phone I selected a few days later than I expected it, but I was able to contact the customer service employee and received a reply quickly. The phone I received is excellent and completely according to the specifications as advertised.

I have bought iphone 7. The condition of device is really good as expected. Good experience and enjoyed it!
