Worst Florist in Europe
I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, they didn't turn up. I had to contact them to find out where they were. 4 days later they turned up. The arrangement was inferior to the one I'd ordered, mostly foliage. When I complained they said they'd used more expensive flowers by way of compensation. I sent picture of the one from their website and the delivered flowers which you could see were completely different. Cordialment the customer advisor explained they had compared them and did not believe they were different. They offered me 15% off my next order, which I find insulting. I have asked to be passed to a manager but now they just ignore my correspondence.
This company don't know what customer service means, it's the worst experience I have had by any company in years.

Always excellent service
Would always recommend this service. . Every time I send flowers to France the recipient is always very pleased with the quality of the flowers. Because local florists are used the driver can always find the address and leaves the bouquet in a safe place.

I would not recommend anybody to buy from this company, not only do they let you down on an important delivery for a special occasion, but the lie about trying to contact you by phone, and saying they tried to deliver on the day. Then then close for the weekend and contact you 2 days later and tell you to collect from the local office, when you have actually paid for delivery. When you order flowers for a certain day with the message Happy Birthday you would think that if they were a professional company they would understand the significance of delivering on the requested day and not tell you 2 days later to collect. A totally unreliable and disgusting company to work with!
Having worked in an international capacity travelling the world for more than 40 years my phone is always with me and turned on, you are welcome to see my call logs proving that I had NO missed calls that day, and that I called you with no pick up,
You obviously have not read properly the e mail that I sent which is repeated below.
These flowers were for my wife’s birthday that was on Saturday the 25th March which you should have been aware of by the message that was to go with them.
I would like to point out that I requested a morning delivery, due to us being on vacation and wanting to go out after midday.
I waited until midday and there were no calls to my phone and I have no missed calls showing for that day, we were in the apartment and there was nobody tried to deliver or call my number to say they were outside.
During the afternoon of Saturday while being out I called the number and nobody picked up my calls, then just after 4.00pm when I called I got an automatic reply saying you were now closed until Monday.
The first communication I received from you was on Monday saying I can collect the flowers from your office.
Would I really want flowers saying Happy Birthday two days late, and also we are leaving in two days time so they would be of no use whatsoever.
Please let me know what you intend to do now after letting me down considerably and spoiling an amazing birthday surprise for my wife?

Better than the pictures
A easy to use website, in different languages, a vast selection to choose, even though I ordered a particular arrangement, what was delivered wasn't as pictured, I understand that the local florist can only do what they have in stock. I believe they passed my expectations as the flowers delivered were better than pictured. The recipient loved them. Thanks.

I received 40 roses from my daughter to…
I received 40 roses from my daughter to coincide with UK Mother’s Day on Saturday 18th March ,order was placed on 17th.
However by Wednesday petals were falling and by the Saturday my flowers were dead.
After emailing customer service with a photo of the flowers I was told that there was nothing they would do and sorry for the inconvenience.
It isn’t an inconvenience it is disappointing poor quality a waste of money and a glib standard paragraph response as an excuse from customer service.
I would advise anyone to buy your flowers from anywhere else but here.

No customer service at all!
Despite contacting them through email twice, and trying to call [no answers] - I have been totally ignored by Euroflowers. The bouquet arrived three days late, half-dead and much smaller than in the picture. This really ruined mothers day for my elderly mum who doesn't live in the same country as me, and felt forgotten about. Euroflowers have the audacity to charge premium prices & picture beautiful flowers on their website, but that's not what you'll receive. Save your money & go elsewhere!
