Disappointing
The flowers didn't arrive. Recipient was in all day everyday over the weekend and no one made any contact with her by phone or calling at the door. Can this be followed up please

Excellent company to deal with - the English option on their French based website works well and flowers delivered at time requested. The only minor niggle is storing one's details - the Postcode box will only accept numbers, and no letters (as used in UK)

Misleading bouquets and poor value for money
My husband ordered me some flowers from Euroflorist, delivered in France for our anniversary (while in holiday). They arrived on time and most of the flowers lasted a few days. However the size of the bouquet received was nothing like the picture on line, it was significantly smaller and less impressive. After chasing up with Euroflorist (and even sending a picture to show what turned up) they just offered a small discount for a next order. Why would we order again? A very misleading website and poor value for money.
Follow up: In answer to your reply below, my husband contacted at the time with a picture and the reference and the response was unsatisfactory as I said above.

But if a bouquet is not satisfactory a picture is mandatory for us to be able to open a complaint case.

Company depends solely on local florist for delivery and responsibility of getting job done, so it’s a hit or miss. Mine was a miss. Flowers were never delivered. Customer service is open Mon-Fri so for the expensive deliveries we pay for during weekends, there is 0 support. Also, customer support agent was rude and not really understanding of the issue at hand. There is no delivery tracking… I would highly recommend you don’t spend money and expectations on this company/service.

We are sorry to read about you disappointment.
Our customer service as stated on our webpage is open Monday to Saturday.
Once the order is placed the order is sent to a florist who is in charge of the delivery of the order for which no tracking number is sent. If you want a tracking numlber for the delivery we also have bouquets délivered by courrier.
If an order is not delivered we have to investigate what happened with the florist and then we either maintain a delivery or cancel the order depending of what the customer wish.
We hope this mays provide sufficient information.
