My device arrived promptly. Was very easy to set up and do a test to check connection. It gives me confidence to know there is help at the push of the button on my arm. It also gives my daughters peace of mind knowing they will be informed immediately should I need them.

This is my second Telecare24 alarm
This is my second Telecare24 alarm, this time I have gone digital. The setting up was very easy - you just have to plug it in. In my situation I was unable to use the cable that connected it to my router, but on the test call I could hear the other person clearly. I wear my alarm on my wrist and it is a lot smarter than the old one with a nice lightweight strap.i am quite happy with my purchase.

System failed to work in an emergency
System failed to work in an emergency! The button was at fault. This incident caused me great distress and I spent over two hours on the floor.
My daughter is still trying to follow up the matter.

We can also see that our support team has been in touch with your daughter. To help make things right, we issued a £100 refund for the unused service period, upgraded you to our newest digital equipment, and applied an additional £15 discount.
We truly hope these steps have resolved the matter to your satisfaction and given you and your family full peace of mind moving forward.

Easy to order my watch alarm. Accidentally dropped it on the floor and it instigated the fall alarm. It was answered quickly and all was fine as I explained it was a mishap on my behalf.
