TELECARE 24 GPS ALARM
It was a very easy company to deal with. Friendly and helpful service with a quick dispatch time. Very easy to set up the GPS Alarm system and a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Also the system has a Roaming mobile Sim, so does not need the Internet! Which would have been approximately another £30.00 on top of the alarm system, so Internet cost saved!!

Digital upgrade successful
Advisors at the call centre were very helpful and explained the process of the analog to digital upgrade. The new device arrived a few days later and the instructions were easy to follow and a test call was made to ensure that the fall alarm was working.

I was ordering on behalf of my mother. I was a bit confused as to why the wrist button cannot be worn around the neck. When I questioned this the sales person immediately asked if I wanted to cancel the order.
My mother finds the wrist button too uncomfortable and takes it off most of the time which obviously defeats the object of it.

To clarify, our fall sensor is designed for wrist wear only, as its technology is specifically configured to detect falls from the wrist position.
If your mother is still not happy with the wrist fall sensor, we would be more than happy to downgrade her to our standard Pendant Plan. This plan offers a neck wearing option where she can simply push the button if she needs help.
Please give our team a call by the end of the week and we will be happy to process this plan change at no extra charge, or issue a full refund (minus the standard £45 setup fee) if you prefer to cancel.

The first was a test call & the second was when my mum (who is the user) bumped her device.
