I placed an order on telas.es on July 28 and only received it in Spain on August 17. The most absurd part is that it took them 11 days just to prepare the order! During this time, you won’t hear anything about your purchase, even though the payment is taken immediately. I only received confirmation of the order on August 11. All I needed was a simple zipper, but with this kind of service, you end up waiting almost a month. When you contact them by email, they just reply with the same pre-written phrases without offering any real solution. The service quality is extremely poor. I do not recommend this store.

I made some orders before and never had problems with shipping, though 2 weeks always seemed to me too much, still no complain on it as you are advised about times. But now it's been a month and it's still not sent.

They advised me that there will be a delay by a mail 5 days after placing the order, but what suprises me that there is no warning on the web and in the cart for new orders it shows the same 2 weeks. So it means that new orders are sent on time and I should just cancel mine? Or just it's not necessary to advise the people beforehand?

The CS is nice though and at least doesn't ignore you, I understand that they can't affect the situation.

I always liked the variety of the fabrics on the web and the point that you can get 5 free samples with an order and. Because some of the fabrics are overpriced and the quality is much lower then you expect so better get a sample. As well they started adding videos to some product pages which is really helpful.

Edited: I put 3 stars before, as I had problem only with this order. But, knowing the situation, they keep sending emails with 1 or 7 days valid vouchers. Seems like they are bullying you. And on the web still no info about the REAL delivery times. Awful job of the marketing team.

Have bought many times without problems from this site (in Spain) but since this year, I've placed two orders in June and July which I had to cancel after a month because they didn't arrive. Refund was done quickly but I can't order from this company again I guess - it doesn't arrive. It's very disappointing not to get the fabric.

Good price but low quality of the product, gets yellowish with water, be careful!

It's true sometimes shipping takes more time but the prices are amazing

This is an update to my review of teles.es just a few weeks ago in December 2021. Teles.es eventually sent my product out which they admitted they had taken the payment but forgot to process it. I collected the mannequin on the 5th January only to find that on opening it, it had no instructions and no legs meaning it doesn't stand up so the mannequin is totally useless. I have just contacted them but fear a reply wont be forthcoming as they often ignore emails. I will update this, but there are far better places to order from, but a mannequin with no legs is like a car with no wheels, utterly useless. It is very disappointing.

It was my first order and I m very pleased with the service and the quality of the fabric.
I really recommend this place, and I m so happy I found it.

I have been using this site for several times now. The site gives a good view of the fabrics. Delivery is always been fine. I am satisfied for the service so far.

The order didn't arrive, they are replacing the order but not everything is available so I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and for my refund
