Now to Tekzone and wanted to buy a product with the 5% off code as advertised. I didn't realise certain items wasn't part of the voucher after making an account. Sorry Tekzone you've lost a customer.

We are sorry to hear the item you were interested in was not on the New Customer 5% offer.
We do try to make people aware of the exclusions so as not to disappoint anyone. These can be found either in your registration email, at the bottom of every page, as well as when clicking on the Offer at the top of every page.
We have also made it easier to spot the items that are included, as they will have a red New Customer 5% Offer badge and when on the product, under the Add to Cart Box is a green box also highlighting the offer.

Tekzone - A hidden gem
I hadn't previously heard of Tekzone but when searching for an item at a reasonable price and for a company that would deliver to Northern Ireland without extortionate delivery fees, I happened across Tekzone. My experience has been 100% positive throughout, the emails updating me regarding my order were detailed and explanatory. Dispatch and delivery were very quick, faster than I had expected and without the typical couple of extra days for NI delivery.
Overall I am very impressed and will definitely use Tekzone again in future. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you have not yet received your package. After speaking with Parcelforce, they had attempted last week, but the driver's hand held scanner was faulty and could not mark it as attempted. Sorry to hear you were unable to refuse the delivery. For cancellations, we ask customers to contact us using the form on our site so that we may intercept it before the courier collects it (for more information, please see the "Payment / Dispatch" at the bottom of any Tekzone.co.uk page). In this case, we have no such contact so the item was collected on the 12th and swiftly delivered the very next day, the 13th (usually up to 3 working days).
As is Royal Mail policy, once the driver has the package they must attempt delivery before an item can be returned to the sender, and we will be raising an incident report with RM/the driver as to what transpired when you requested to reject the delivery at your door.
If you would like to return your item, please use the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of any Tekzone.co.uk page and one of our agents will be able to assist you. Otherwise, we do hope you enjoy your new product.

What superb service from these guys! I placed the order just after Christmas and received it a couple or days later. The speaker was very well packaged, and if you haven't heard the Marshall Woburn III, it is an absolute must!!! An extraordinary speaker, from a very good seller, 5 stars!

2nd time I used this company. First time the item I bought was well cheaper than any competition and it arrived it very quickly. My most recent purchase was the same price elsewhere but Tekzone gave me free shipping and a lil promo code for a few quid off. Yet again my parcel arrived very quickly.
