Great Customer Service!

To be purchasing something at that price level and for a product that I planned to use as a mode of transportation, I felt I had to find a reliable seller. I couldn't just buy the cheapest product from anyone. Once I saw TekTrendy's thoroughly researched and informative website, I knew I would feel comfortable with purchasing from them. I ordered just before lunch and it was available to be picked up THAT EVENING! Leo even helped me carry the box all the way to the car! He offered so much advice right away and assured me that if I had any questions I could reach out to them. So right after my first ride on my scooter, I was able to chat online with Peter who offered me a lot of tips and suggestions. I've had no issues with the scooter so far (except to keep practicing) and it has been extremely fun. Thanks TekTrendy!

All I can say is that I received quick, responsive and direct support whether at the moment of purchase and picking up my order, or whenever I had an issue with my scooter. I contacted Tektrendy via the live messaging on the website and later Leo came over to check the issue I had, and came back another day to bring me another scooter after our chat over the phone.

To this day, I am fully satisfied with the support I received with the scooter purchase. I hope that if anything else happens with the scooter in the future, I would get the same level of support and responsiveness.

The ES Commute is our first e-scooter. We had some questions both before and after we picked up the scooter. The TekTrendy team was very responsive to our inquiries. They answer both chat and e-mails very quickly. The 10 inch tires plus suspension provide a very smooth ride. It’s a lot of fun! We highly recommend TekTrendy and the ES Commute.

I had some issues with ninebot max not being able to start up and accelerate. Fortunately peter helped out at TrekTrendy and I was able to have it repaired and sent back faster than I expected. I am enjoying the ninbot max!
