Never activated services with them as…

Never activated services with them as yet and all of a sudden I get a bill saying I no owe money when I’ve never used their services at all. I’m still with Roger’s oh and they lie about refunding you make sure you call in multiple times or file a dispute with your credit card company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM , got a quote and had to put in my card info , spoke to representatives and they said they would delete my account. The next day they charged my card for Internet service and mailed me a router. The refund will take at least 2 weeks and it is on me to ship the router back. Terrible customer service. Will try to take advantage of you

Absolutely avoid

High prices, no offers for customers who have been with them for years. Speed ​​and stability are increasingly unreliable. Horrible customer support, with little to no expertise (e.g., being asked to plug my cell phone directly into the modem with an RJ45 cable 😱). My internet hasn't worked for 5 days. 4 people on the phone, 1 Videotron technician on site twice, still not working. Of course, they don't call me back and they don't give any updates because it's the weekend...
So... Absolutely avoid if you don't want any problems.

Terrible company

Terrible company! Service was spotty at the best of times. I cancelled my service by sending an email and and then failed to notice they were still billing me $68.27/month for several months after (btw this amount climbed from $64.91 in 2022). When I figured out this was happening, I called to inquire why they were still charging me. They said my email to cancel wasn't official and that I had to speak to someone to cancel. I spoke to the supervisor and their supervisor, they would not give me back the $273.08 they collected after I tried to cancel my account.

Horrible 2 months of having them

Horrible 2 months of having them. I probably have only had internet five days out of the whole two months.Do not go with them.Their customer's service is absolutely atrocious too.Their modems are outdated.Their signals are crap, and it's so hard to even get assistance.I absolutely hate this company

Do not get

Do not get. They threaten you if you’re a day late on a bill. To disconnect you. They do not send warnings nore phone calls. Internet is absolutely horrible. Honestly thinking about changing but it’s such a hassle which is the ONLY reason why I still have. Wouldn’t recommend

If there was a no star option I would…

If there was a no star option I would be clicking on that one. Where to start. I got my equipment, called them to activate it but took 4 days after I asked them to do it blaming Rogers for the delay. They emailed me my invoice the day it was due saying I am responsible for checking the Tekksavy on my account to see if the invoice is due so no paper bill, no email until the day it was due, its my responsibility to check. Now today, they took out my invoice amount out of my account with no permission from me to do that, their excuse was its in the fine print that we will attempt to take out the payment on the due date, technically the due date was 2 days ago but took it out today and was told we will try a few more times if it doesn't go through, $40 NSF fee each attempt through my bank but it went through today but again, did not have my permission to do that! This will be a very short term contract with these clowns and definitely do not recommend them!

In regards to their tv service, horrible options and half of them were in French, not sure why that was but its the channels they give you so needless to say, I canceled that tv service pretty quickly.

We have been with Tek Savvy probably…5 years

We have been with Tek Savvy probably over 5 years now. Never had a problem with them. My loyalty promo ended. When we called this year to renew we were offered only $10 credit for 6 months, we used to have a $20 credit per month for a year. Very disappointing for a loyal customer.

Been with Teksavvy for years

Been with Teksavvy for years, I've very rarely had an outage (maybe 3-6 times in 6 years) and the best part is, I decided to finally swap my new modem out that was sent to me and their support team handled everything remotely at 12:30 at night! I was surprised anyone was available. Massive thanks to Ryan from their support team for being available so late, you rock dude!

Awful

Awful. Right from the start I had to fight them on my modem charge. They gave me theirs without telling me I had to pay to rent it. When I worked this out I asked to return theirs and buy my own. They said that wasn’t possible, but wouldn’t take the charge off until I practically burst a blood vessel arguing with them.

Then the service itself is honestly terrible. I’ve never had Internet drop out so much, especially considering this is “fibre”.

Finally, because I’m in BC and they’re in ON, if I have issues after 4pm there’s no one that can help me. One time they even snipped my line and I was without internet for 3 days, and given only attitude from the staff.

It’s such a pain to switch but that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Highly recommend you don’t bother with these guys, they’re not even inexpensive to balance all this.
