Long reply time and unsatisfying product
I ordered a phone stand charger, that made a noticeable noise/whine when used to charge a standard Samsung phone - so much so that sitting/sleeping next to it was unbearable. As this was not mentioned in the product description, I considered it a faulty product and created a ticket describing it as such.
Teknikdele took several weeks to reply and I had to send an additional email to request status before I got in contact with someone, but in the end, they did get back to me, notifying me that they had now sent a new phone charger stand (of the same type as before).
When the new charging stand arrived it showed the same issue as the previous one, proving that it is just a bad product. When I then created another ticket
with Teknikdele again, communicating that I was dissatisfied with the product, they got back to me after a month or so with a package label for returning both of the charging stands for a refund.

Very unprofessional
I waited 3 weeks for my order, at the end to learn by contacting service that my product is out of stock and cannot be shipped. On the website it is written that product is availlable, if the shop is "professional", why they are not updating their website and why they do not contact buyer about problems in order. I received thousands of scam mails about offers from Telnikdele, but they could not provide me update of my order and they wasted my time.

This company is so bad when it comes to costumer service. My product is defective, and they don't want to do anything about it.
Not the first time this have happened to me, with this company.
They just rely on the fact that people won't take it to the consumer rights officials...
It might be cheap, but consider your rights waived.

Scammers

They lie about the delivery time of product and constantly lie on email and phone that your order has been shipped though they don't hand over the parcel to the courier. 5 days and instabox informed me that the company still haven't handed them the parcel and it's a delay from company side.
This isn't first time, the last time they send me a faulty product and that also with a prolong delivery time of around two weeks. Liars! Will not recommend!

Seems like Trustpilot is the easiest way to get in contact with you, so i will write a review.
I placed my order on 19.06.24 and as of today there is no further information received, other than the confirmation.
This morning i received an email that the payment has been drawn on my account, but the status of the order, in your tracking system is still only showing received.
I have not received a tracking number of anything.
I have tried to get in contact with customer service, but so far no further information has been given.
I would like to know, what is the status or my order and when can i expect to receive it???
Hopefully this will establish contact.
