Poor customer Service....... Actually NO customer service

I emailed Teknetics recently hoping they could help me out of a bit of a problem. I bought myself and nephew a detector from Teknetics last year and upgraded my coil to a larger one. My nephew said he would like one as well so i paid for another from another retailer online who has now ceased trading and have not sent the coil. I asked Tekneticsdirect.com if they could help me out with some kind of voucher or a pre-owned coil so i do not have to disappoint my Nephew and they did not even have the decency to reply to my email. Poor service and i will not be recommending then any more here in the UK
