Had a great experience with Tek Experts. My phone battery (iPhone 6) desperately needed to be replaced, and they were able to complete the repair in about 1 hour on a weekday night. The repair was also more cost effective than I had expected. The person who helped me was courteous and kind, and provided a ton of detail about the service they were doing. I had considered driving out to an Apple Store to have it replaced, and I'm actually really glad I didn't. I'll go to Tek Experts for all of my phone repairs from now on.

Well worth the hour drive for my phone charging port replacement. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable; very patient explaining things. I made an appointment once my parts arrived and I waited while it was fixed.

I recently took in my laptop for repairs and was very impressed by the quick turn-around time, reasonable prices, and efficiency of Tek Experts. Furthermore, the staff took the time to explain everything they were doing. Excellent work!

A few hiccups with delivery of a special order screen through no fault of their own, but they were still sincere in their apologies for the delay. Great work, great prices, and knowledgeable people. I'd pick them over anyone else.
