I definitely do not recommend this company! The oil I ordered was open and not full. I only found out in the workshop when the previous oil had already been drained. I was 2 hours before work started so I had no choice but to pour this oil. I pour 5 liters into my car, so I had to buy an additional liter. Not being sure what it was, I had to replace it again after 2 days. I have no idea whether it was return oil or whether the company pours cheaper substitutes. Due to the lack of professionalism of the company, I incurred additional costs of approximately 115e and as compensation they offered me 10e.I felt as if someone had spat in my face. I strongly advise against buying operating fluids there.

Took my money then informed me that the parts supposedly had to go on back order. After waiting 10 months I contacted them and was told that they can’t get the parts and I would be refunded. After almost another month I’m still waiting for a refund and all my emails are ignored.

SCAMMERS!

They still charged me for the part and it was not delivered.

They list parts they don't have, and then make you wait 6-8 weeks while on back order.

They delivered my order 8 weeks after placing it.

100% late, 50% broken. The expansion tank was supplied with a broken tab due to inadequate packaging.

No refund or communication yet.

Very poor service and extremely slow. I had ordered parts. @ days later a response that one part is not available. I told them to proceed. 18 days (!) after placing the order still no shipment notification. I cancelled the order (as per German law). 2 days later they shipped the parts anyway ignoring my cancellation. To the invoice address, not delivery address. They never send a refund for the missing parts; you have to request it. Just forget this company. Genuine parts you get from the manufacturer faster and their "premium brand" etc. parts you get cheaper anywhere else.

I don't recommend it at all.

I ordered a camshaft adjuster for my s class and paid 530€ and received nothing, terrible customer service no replies to my emails sent over 20 emails and can’t get my money back even through PayPal which was supposed to protect my money !!!
They are fraud and PayPal are not helpful they are useless and can’t protect anything!!!

They have very good parts order service and are very professional. I am very pleased with the way my order was handled and I will surely come back again at this store when I need to order parts for my vehicle.

Impossible to specify the correct delivery address on their website so I made TWO notes on the order page with the correct address. They ignored both of these and sent it to the wrong address.
Very unfriendly and unhelpful people. I would not order from them if I was you!

I ordered 30pcs of Oil reservoir for almost 3000€ , after 2 months of waiting with no one answered my email ( i sent more than 10 emails) , finally came 4pcs of the item to me. I asked where the other 26pcs and no one answered. I request for a refund and no response.

I've now ordered 3 times and I got the spare parts fast.
The quality of their products is really good, for example I purchased a catalytic convertor for my Mitsubishi and it was just like the original, fit perfectly.
I would recommend teile-profis.

I ordered two AC hoses for my car. After waiting for a few weeks I finally got the parts. However they didn't fit in my car even though I got the part number from local Mazda repair shop. I sent email and asked how to return the hoses but no one answered. I sent total of seven emails and no one answered.

Then I decided to order two AC hoses with different part number. I asked if those hoses would fit but no one answered. I took a risk and ordered them. Then after two week I got email that I was refunded for the other hose. It seems that they didn't have that hose anymore even though I was able to order it. I sent email and said that I want to cancel my order because I need both hoses and I don't want to pay their expensive postage just for one hose. No one answered. Then after a week or two I got that one hose. Sadly it didn't fit either...

So, if you are absolutely sure that the part you are order fits you car then order it. Keep in mind that these pathetic people don't care anything about their paying customers. Once they get your money, you won't get it back.

I've heard that I can complain to PayPal (which I used to pay for the parts) and they will refund the money and get them back from the seller. Maybe I will look into this - or not. I just want to forget that this travesty of a company even exists. Maybe they need the money more than I do...

I will never use their extremely substandard services again. That's for sure.
