Do Not Trust This Company

Don’t buy anything from this chain of stores.
Extremely poor after-service received having bought a new tablet two weeks ago.
It’s a faulty tablet. Asked for a refund, but was denied. Odd, because one of their competitors gave me an immediate refund versus a faulty smart watch, when all Tehnomarket spouts is Article 20 of the Consumer Protection Law, which funnily enough does absolutely nothing to protect consumers!
The directors of this shambolic company remain silent. Other staff conveniently hide behind group email addresses and do not give out names.
Your petty bureaucracy has lost me as a customer, Tehnomarket.
Never again.
