Exceptional Customer Service Experience
I was unsure which course to opt for and the enrollment adviser Elaine was extremely helpful in discussing through the differences of the courses and what my aspirations are, which helped me to make my decision. Elaine, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help me with advice and other tips, as well as well as, giving me a 3-month booster pack, since I am working full-time and will be learning Spanish I need more time to complete the advanced diploma. This was an extremely positive booking experience, so I have high hopes for the course and looking forward to completing the course and taking the first steps to change careers.

Teaching Young Learners Made Easy...
I have worked with young learners in the past and finishing this useful course I feel more confident when I have young learners in my class. Different teaching approaches and methodologies taught here show you how to be professional, passionate, motivated at the same time kind and patient when you enter into the class with young learners. Before this course, I had some doubts regarding the concept of "teaching grammar to young learners" but this course answered not only to that doubt but also to my other questions.

I had been looking for a short course…
I had been looking for a short course to further improve my skills and knowledge and this 30 hour business course had everything I was looking for. It is very concise and it includes loads of extra sites and videos, as well as a further reading list. It was very helpful to further my EFL career.

Befitting videos and simple writing style to keep the student engaged
I was able to always come back to where I left of.
I could also easily refer to my notes as much as I want.
The videos are also very helpful and relevant to the brief.
The writing style has been written in a way that it is simple and not too technical whilst keeping the reader
's attention and engagement.
