WHAT A NIGHTMARE Absolutely horrific and disrespectful experience I have ever encountered. I have ordered a glass replacement for my blender and according to their website both the blender and glass serial number must match. So I choose accordingly to what is specified on their website. After waiting for almost two weeks and paid for shipping the order arrived and Surprise: The order doesn't match. The hassle started here, at the beginning the refused to refun., I sent evidence and pictures clearly showing that the order doesn't match at all. and there is no way on Earth to make it work. after exchanging many emails they agreed finally to refund. However they kept manipulating about who's going to pay for return shipment. Over 35 emails, systematically and on purpose they kept going around and eventually I had to pay to send it back and they never refunded the shipment costs. for all of this took over two months from July until September. They tried every way to make this refund impossible and it's all about 25 euros. and it's not about the money but the principle. Many customers wrote similar reviews and it seems they do this systematically with all customers. Their customers service is horrible and disrespectful I had to make phone calls and spent long time that cost me more than what I had to pay for the order. Every phone call was no less than 10 minutes. I had to remind the customer agent about documents I sent because she didn't see it. There is no way to reach the responsible person or the one in charged of refunds to talk with. All i had to do is keep sending reminders and emails. After almost 3 weeks of the time they received the order back they processed the incomplete refund and only refunded 6.6 euros which is not even the price I paid for the product. Will never buy again.
