worst company to deal with
I ordered 4 tumblers the first week of December. According to tracking it took the company 1 week to make the product and print a shipping label. I found this time frame rather quick considering the custom order. However I am now into the third week of January and I have not yet received my items. I am told they are on schedule but are "lost" in shipping. Company refuses to ship another order or give me a full refund. Literally all I am getting is delay tactics and circular reasoning, no real answers. DO NOT order from them or trust their customer service

Avoid Purchase
I ordered a 20 oz tumbler for my husband for Christmas. I didn't open the tumbler before wrapping and therefore didn't see the poor quality of the product. The bottom of the wrap on the tumbler is all wrinkled and ready to fall apart. When I put in a claim, it was rejected because they only accept claims within 15 days after delivery. While I understand the need for a quick response, it was a Christmas gift. They don't stand by their product which really shows the poor quality of their company.
