I would never Oder from this place again. After reconfirming my order with three different representatives, taking about a week, the order was confirmed and sent, taking about a month. The shoes were the wrong size. Provided proof that I received incorrect size shoes. You aren't able to send back for correct size. Instead, they apologize and say that you are at fault. The text thread was with the same rep that placed the order, Sherry. Maybe these are just online names as I don't think it was the real name. They offered a 30% credit and said keep the shoes I can't wear. I have yet to receive my credit.

this is a birthday present for my granddaughter she has a beautiful German Shepard and this picture looks just like him and he is the love of her life and this tee is made so well and the colors are bright and she is going to love it great service and very good price fantastic customer service

I ordered a poodle poster on 28th November 2020 and now 26th January 2021 and still not got it trying to contact them is a nightmare it keeps saying name a d email doesn't match witch is rubbish but they can still take the money out of my account the same day.
I think I need to take legal advice on this and see what action I can take.

I ordered a 24x36" poster just before Christmas. The poster was delivered in great time, however, the tube containing the poster was damaged as well as the poster. I know it was sent in good condition and I know because of the volume of mail at this time of the year, the container was not treated with care on it's journey to my home. I contacted Teelaland and told them what happened and sent pictures of the container and the poster damage. They responded within 24 hours to my issue, reprinted and resent the poster in less than a week. The new poster arrived in mint condition, ready to be framed and hung in my office. Good Job, Teelaland!

Ordered 3 Chihuahua shirts in May/June 2020. Took months to get them. All 3 were ordered in size 2xl. 2 of the 3 were sent in the correct size, the 3rd shirt had a sticker saying it was 2xl but was only half the size of the other 2 shirts. Teelaland did not offer me a refund but after numerous complaints sent to them they reissued me the shirt. I received it today again after a long wait. I understand the delay with Covid issues, but the shirt is the same small size as they sent me before and I can get it on but it's too tight. How can the same company send shirts and say they are the correct size when you can clearly see they aren't? If there was the choice I would add pictures as you can clearly see 1 shirt is very small. The shirts look good but if they don't fit it's a loss of money.

Ordered a piece from them that was a faux woodcut of a Jack Russell Terrier. It arrived as expected, and as it was a surprise for my wife, it was a great feeling to be able to surprise her with a piece that was well done.

We ordered a German Shepard print for our adult son. Item arrived relatively quickly and was packed very well. We are going to save it for a Christmas gift and think our son is going to love it!

I am having the same issue as others, placed an Order mid July, no Order number provided, funds deducted from my account the same day. Tried to find out the status of my order but impossible without the order number, when I ticked the tab, "do not know order number" I received a message to say the system did not recognise me. I tried to call direct, again needed to quote the order number.
Following up on an order you have already paid for should not be this difficult.

I placed an order and after placing it , I realized I had ordered the wrong things. Upon trying to notify the company to correct it, I could not email them without the order number and it said they had no record of my name or email to look it up, but they had already charged my bank account. I tried calling, but they have a recording without an option to speak with someone and it refers you to their website. I was finally able to get a virtual assistant, by this time I just wanted to cancel my order, the assistant stated she couldn't find my order, name or email, but stated it would go in for review and I would hear back from them, 3 days later and absolutely nothing, still no order number either, and they only allow you 72 hours to cancel or change your order. Can someone help me contact the company?
