Auch wenn mir nicht alle Tees von Teegeschwister schmecken, denn das ist ja wirklich Geschmackssache, muss ich betonen, dass die Leute dahinter einfach super freundlich sind. Man bekommt bei Anfragen sehr schnell persönliche Antworten, es wird sofort reagiert. Selbst, wenn ein Problem auftaucht (hatte eine Reklamation eines Teeglases), sind alle auf Zack und lösen unkompliziert und schnell.
Die Tees sind liebevoll und nachhaltig verpackt. Man freut sich richtig, wenn man das Päckchen aufmacht.

Der Tee ist Qualitativ sehr hochwertig weshalb das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut ist. Die Bestellung ist unkompliziert, die Lieferzeit ist sehr gering und der Kundenservice ist top! Zudem kommt der Tee in einer Umweltfreundlichen Verpackung.
