So I decided to order a wife blanket…
So I decided to order a wife blanket thinking that there was plenty of time to received it prior to Christmas. However there was an error in the shipping address (not sure whose fault. It was returned to sender, after exchange of a few email, the blanket was shpped back to us. Great customer service, wife love the blanket.

The item you order is a fleece blanket and the item in the screenshot you sent us is a quilted blanket. Moreover, the wording is totally different. We are afraid that you made a mistake during ordering. According to our policy, if we sent you the right item in your original order, we do not issue a refund. However, we still assisted you to have the replacement and ask for your confirmation about the item before we process it but we received no answer.

I loved my item the only thing I did…
I loved my item the only thing I did not like was I got a email stating that they were shipping my item without me approving the change I had made to my item it took me 3 days to respond because I don't check my email everyday and it was a holiday week.
So that was my only complaint lucky I was happy with the changes I made the 2nd time

This is my second time purchasing the customade blanket. Seriously, nothing much to complain about, fast response, reasonable price, custom made, great attitude. They even emailed and double checked on me when I accidentally ordered the same product twice. Only the shipping, if there is more info for that would be great, but seriously, its covid...everywhere is about the same. So I'm still standing a strong 5 star. Great work!

I'm very displeased with the lack of a return policy. Will probably never purchase something from this site again, as there is a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. I bought a tee shirt as a gift, and if it doesn't fit, the company says - oh well, sorry. Poor business policy.

Wonderful gift
I sent this as a Christmas gift to my daughter who is on the other side of the country. She just told me that the blanket is very soft and when she wraps the blanket around her, she feels like she’s being hugged by me! Great sentimental gift!

Teaching them young
My 11 year old ordered a blanket for her sister. We got the blanket and she was like, its smaller than I thought. I showed and taught her to read the whole product listing. She now knows to look at it all. But, she was extremely happy and can't wait till Christmas to give it to her. Great product guys. Will purchase again.
