I ordered some facial masks, actually quite a big order for Christmas presents. The quality of the masks is very poor, the fabric is very cheap. Nothing you would want to wear on your face. This could not be expected because I had ordered the same item a couple of months earlier and was happy with it. I will never order from them again. Contacted the company, they will not refund my order.

It took 8 weeks for my order to arrive. The dolphin masks are only 1 ply, made from the wrong material, and certainly not what I expected when I ordered two masks at $15.00 each. Every e-mail address I have found is fake, always kicking back as "cannot deliver." It was supposed to be US made merchandise from a US company. Not true! Do not order from this company!

I ordered a mask on May 14. Was told it would ship in 5 days. 6 weeks later they have not shipped and refused a refund of my money. They are liars and scam artists who take your money and don't ship your goods. They advertise they are a US based company. Their FB page is managed from Vietnam.

I ordered my mask on 5/26 and received it on 7/9. A little longer than stated but I knew it would take a while. My problem is with the quality of the material, or maybe I should say the thickness. It looks very pretty, is as shown, but the material is not tightly woven. By that I mean when held up to light, you can see right through it. So, while it looks nice, it does not do the job it is expected to.

Ordered June 13th with a confirmation email stating it would ship within 5 to 15 days of payment ... I saved the email for proof. I have not received my order as of July 7th (17 business days) after my payment went through. Texted to a Jonathan who was no help saying it can take 20 business days to ship ... but it has been printing for over 3 weeks ... so Friday it is supposed to ship but if not I'm calling my bank.

Got some face masks delivered to my house from them today that I never ordered. Beware of this company...they are running a mail brushing operation.

Ordered a face mask 5/20 with promised shipping June 10-19. It's July 1. Yeah, it's coming alright....NEVER buy anything advertised on FaceBook.

Very misleading company. I’ve been waiting since May 17th for 1 mask! No mask was ever delivered, and it’s been well over the time mentioned. Finally filed a claim on their website, but was only given a partial refund. False advertising. Do not recommend and I wish I had never ordered from them.

It's a total scam. I ordered a face mask from this company 5 weeks ago. Was supposed to ship in 2-3 weeks, it's been 5 weeks and still no mask. You try to cancel the order and they will not allow you to do so. It's a pretty slick set up. Don't fall for it. I have disputed the charges with my bank and have submitted a complaint with Facebook, given that is where they are advertising. You would think FB would have a vetting process; however, apparently they will let anyone advertise or make whatever claims they want. Very disappointing.

I too have been waiting 28 days for my masks. I should have known never ever order anything from china.

I ordered on May 17 and still have not received the masks I ordered. Do not order from them.

I also feel I’ve been scammed not only by Tee2n1 but Facebook also. Ordered on May 16, still waiting to show it being shipped!! Bottom line, research before buying anything advertised on FACEBOOK!!

Don’t order from these people EVER!!!!!! Masks are shipping from China, after they have killed hundreds of thousands of people. Lesson learned, no more Facebook/instagram add buys for me. Ordered them 3 months ago, supposedly left China (URG) a few days ago, now in LA. When and IF they ever get here I’ll be burning them.

I like many ordered face masks - April 18th to be exact. I contacted their customer service and was told in production I argued their time line and was told again it was in production. Today 5/28 I get a shipping notice. Upon checking tracking it shipped from China 23 days ago!!! It was shipped on 5/7- I emailed them on 5/18... in production??? I am unsure if I want to wear now knowing they are coming from China. This company uses an address in Indianapolis- not made in USA!!! Buyer be ware!!

I ordered 3 mask April 18th. My order said they started printing the mask April 21st. Said I would receive my order 14 to 21 days. Today is May 27th. Still nothing. I have ordered other things and have not waited this long even with the covid problem. I called last week the number on my order and a recording said I will receive my order in 5 business days. Called again today and got the same message. I feel I have been scammed. I called my bank and they said I have to wait 30 days to make a report to get my money back. Today is June 10th and they are FINALLY being delivered today through USPS mail.

Honestly, I’ve never had a company refuse to refund me 100% for something they are not delivering. I ordered a face mask on 4/17/2020. They took the money from my account immediately and told me I should expect my product to be shipped in 16-21 days. I still haven’t seen this product!I wonder are they a scam??? Seems like it at this point.

As with other reviews, I highly recommend not using this business. I placed my order for face masks nearly 5 weeks ago with the understanding they have a 2 to 3 week production turnaround. When I inquired into the order status a week ago by email after not getting any more updates all they could tell me is my order is currently in production. After I replied this lack of any more info isn't good enough, I was told my order will ship out "soon." Also, was told the order can't be canceled. They have tied my hands and have put me between a rock and a hard place. I am not happy at all and have had to order a mask from another company that I received pronto.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSIDE UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT OR NEED YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE 30 DAYS! Today is 5-7-20, and I placed my order on 4-16-20. They charged my credit card soon enough! Right on 4-16-20, but STILL haven't shipped my product and WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL!! Saying they charge right away so " we begin the production process quickly after your order is placed to ensure fast deliveries." PROCESS QUICKLY WITH FAST DELIVERIES?? Are you friggin kidding me??!

Cute themes... See reviews from others about timing.. umm there is a pandemic.... Things are taking a lot longer from everywhere!! Placed order 3/27 received 5/1.... This world needs more COMMON SENSE.. #entitlednation
