Excellent service. Great value for money
Excellent service, Debbie went above and beyond. I needed 3 items embroidered and at short notice. Debbie was great, order process simple and payment easy. Problem, not quite the wording on a couple of them l specified. Dropped them back in and error rectified in 24 hours, so l had another 3 items done. I was too busy to collect them, so Debbie dropped them off to me on her way home from work. Brilliant. Will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and even with one of the tees out of stock found me suitable replacement quickly.

I've had several garments from these guys - t shirts, hoodies, jackets. Every one has been beautifully produced, fitting well, and very durable through the wash. Very pleaded with them all.

Sally and the whole team go the extra mile
Sally and the whole team go the extra mile. Their creativity and know their stuff.
When asked "how about this?" they took our ideas and made the results 100 times better.
I always recommend them and now use Tee Tree for several societies and all of them are delighted with the end results.

My choir love this company
My choir, Amersham A Cappella, use this company and have for a few years. They are super helpful when designing things for us. They make changes to show us in the design stage and they have an array of t-shirts and sizes. We really love them.

We changed suppliers to Tee Tree for our leavers hoodies this year. What a difference! Such great service from start to finish. A really friendly team who are way more accommodating than lots of our other suppliers. Plus, the hoodies are of excellent quality. We are so happy we have made the switch.

bad quality and bad comms
Messy and difficult to deal with. Agreed on product and sent specs to print, the paid samples (not cheap!) arrived fast however with printing and design errors as well as inferior quality fabric. Sales team (Sally) acknowledged some of the issues (much thinner fabric than promised over the phones) but claimed not to understand the other issues even with photo evidence of blurred edges on print, uneven spacing on lettering etc that rendered design unprofessional unfit to use and contrary to their disclaimer on their promotional materials.
Eventually proposed to send again new samples but keeps making it unnecessarily difficult asking the client to create logins to access their "supplier's websites" to even see prices also their listed suppliers are not always clear on product details GSM, finish etc so luck of the draw what you will be getting.
