I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

I originally ordered a passport for my daughter’s favourite cuddly dog, Milo, as we are travelling to visit family. The passport itself was absolutely beautiful and looked incredibly realistic, but what happened afterwards was even more special.

Dave went above and beyond in every possible way. He kindly created personalised boarding passes for Milo, then later made a passport and boarding passes for Luna, my daughter’s cuddly cat.
The quality of everything we received was outstanding, but it was the kindness, thoughtfulness and genuine care that made this experience so memorable. My daughter’s face lit up when she saw the passports and boarding passes, and it has helped make travelling something exciting rather than worrying for her.

In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Dave has restored my faith that there are still wonderful people who truly care about their customers.

Thank you for creating such magical memories for my little one, Milo and Luna. We will treasure them for years to come.

Fun product, easy to order, liked being able to send a photo of the bear in question to be included in the passport. Got a friendly response straightaway acknowledging the order, and the passport was dispatched quickly. I wasn't the recipient, so have not seen the passport, but by all accounts it's good quality and very official looking!

Amazing service and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and delivered fast!

Communication with them was brilliant, noticed a mistake straight away when I did the order, I emailed them straight after placing the order with the picture we wanted, and warned them about the mistake I had made. So Dave was very quick to email back and was very helpful, and acknowledged that I warned them about the mistake, and corrected everything before any printing happened.
Definitely would use again.

This was the second time I have used this service and I wasn't disappointed. The passport is of good quality and the time from order to delivery is second to none. My grandsons were so excited to receive the passports. A fantastic item for the kids.

The seller is so compliant. He will do his best to get you exactly what you want. They look authentic and are such a fab idea for any travelling bear or any other soft toy for that matter. Well worth the money.
