I do love Teddy Beau's range of home office furnishings. I have me eye on the desk and book case. With more of us working from home these days, this website offers plenty of choice.

Hi, I bought a mirror with a makeup table and chair for my bedroom. I liked the one that comes with light in the mirror. At first it seemed expensive but I received a 10% discount at the end of the payment and the transport was free. It arrived well packaged and is the same as in the photo. I will surely buy more things.

This shop has something for everyone. The products are fantastic quality and very reasonable for how elegant they are. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

The 'shop the look' section is great! Great inspiration under the Urban Chic option. The pendant lamp and light would make great additions to a newly revamped home/room. I know where I'll be searching when it's time to redecorate. Orders over £100 = free delivery too!

The table lamp was good for the price and it works very well, very beautiful with my room decoration. The delivery was quick, having into account all this covid delays.

I've been looking for decor to furnish my new house, and have been just searching around. A friend recommended Teddybeau, I have been looking for a more urban look as well so I've really liked their "Urban Chic" collection. Overall, they have some great products!

Can only speak as I find and I I found nothing but an a amazing range of furnishings for my home!! From big such as beds and wardrobes to smaller items to decorate around the house. My mum loves the variety of different candle sticks/lanterns I’ve found for her.

HORRENDOUS. Not a real shop, do not order from here!!!! Have stolen my money, no items!!!! No response via phone or email!!! JOKE!

Ordered on 10 May 20.

I anticipated in deliveries to be impacted due to COVID-19 I emailed them on 15 May 20 to see how much of a delay there would be with the delivery.

They replied on 16 May 20 They advised their order was due to arrive 25 May 20...this was the first time I realised they didn’t even have the item in stock themselves. The website did not mention this at all, it said the item was in stock.

I emailed AGAIN on 05 Jun 20 for in update as their order had supposedly arrived 11 days ago.

They replied on 06 Jun 20 using the standard COVID-19 excuse. They also stated the following: ‘As I type this email the hard working staff in the warehouse are conducting the necessary quality checks on the items to get them ready for dispatch.’

On 13 Jun 20 I emailed yet again as I hadn’t received a dispatch email.

On 15 Jun 20 they replied advising they hadn’t received it but, they were expecting a huge delivery on 24 Jun 20.

I emailed then on 02 & 03 Jul 20 with no response so escalated to PayPal. On 06 Jul 20 I received a response to advise they still hadn’t received the item and would refund me ASAP.

On the 14 Jun 20 I had to email them AGAIN as still no refund received. I do now finally have my refund more than 2 months after placing the order. I have no doubt if I hadn’t kept an eye on it and continued to chase they’d still have my money and I wouldn’t have my order. Don’t waste your time with them.

THIS COMPANY HAS TRIED TO DISPUTE MY REVIEW SAYING THEY DON’T THINK I’VE HAD A GENUINE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THEM EVEN A YEAR ON I STILL HAVE THE PROOF AND THE EMAILS. NICE TRY, BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME.

Orderd a mirror back in May around 6 weeks later and a few phone calls to Olivias which are a sister company of Teddy Beaus we received our product which has a slight defect in the glass & a part of the frame was broken off. I then phoned them time after time & eventually got through which then they were apologetic & said they would arrange a replacement. After watching the TNT company for now 2 weeks they have not collected but cancelled the return on this product. I left a voice call with Teddy Beau telling them this & my frustration & to contact me ASAP to discuss this 5 days ago & still nothing. I don't usually do this but they're customer service is disgusting & you should avoid them completely.

By far the worst company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order in April I still have not received my item or a response from the multiple emails I have sent them!

Absolute scammers. I waited 7 weeks for 2 bloody cushions, after chasing them numerous times with lies about them coming in the day before and how they’ll be sent out tomorrow...I don’t know how many ‘tomorrows’ I was given, finally they offered me a refund, which no company would openly offer; told that a refund would take 3-5 days...well that was 6 weeks ago and I’ve finally got a refund...BUT they haven’t refunded the £6.95 shipping costs. FUMING and disgusted.

Worst company I’ve ever bought off. Ordered 4 small items that were in stock, weeks later still hadn’t received them. Was giving two different delivery dates and stupid excuses as to why they hadn’t been dispatched. Terrible customer service, read my messages on Instagram and completely ignored me. Emailed them asking for a refund no reply had to end up opening a claim with PayPal to get a refund. Stay clear off this company

I ordered a chair from this company 2 weeks ago and have not received my item or advised when I will get it. Shocking customer service, no one replying to emails, social media or phone calls, and I am £189 out of pocket. Will be taking this complaint further with PayPal.

Please read reviews before purchasing from this website. I unfortunately didn’t, and am still waiting for my order to arrive or to be refunded 2 months down the line.
I’ve been lied to on 5 different occasions, kept being told we will deliver your item next week, was told that 4 times. Still waiting for my item to be delivered 2 months later. Recently been told my item I ordered isn’t even in the warehouse so wasn’t even in stock when I ordered it, but still took my money.
The customer service is TERRIBLE. Absolute nightmare trying to get hold of someone and get an update on your order. I thought maybe I was a one off but reading reviews on here and facebook says otherwise.

They’ve scammed hundreds of people.

I’m £60 out of pocket, please do not order from this website!!!
