There is no response from customer…

There is no response from customer service. Support ticket page does not work. Email support inbox is full. Customer service phone number does not work. Not sure if I’m going to receive my order but I did order through Paypal so hopefully I can dispute it if it doesn’t show up.

Terrible customer service & polices

Bought a men's sweatshirt in 2XL. FITS LIKE a women's large. Asked for an exchange. With having to pay for shipping it back, it will cost almost as much as buying a new sweatshirt. It took me a week of emails to find this out and if you call the number on their website, it says we are too busy to answer the phone and asks for you to email them.

Experience was great

Experience was great for the 1st time I ordered from this company. Website was easy to move around. The price was also great and that’s why I gave them a chance. Shipping was fast as well. The quality of the sweater is also great. No complaints here. Just places my 2nd order. Thank you for the awesome work.

I was sent the wrong item twice !

I was sent the wrong item twice !! I believe what I ordered was just a stock photo !! I was offered $9 off my next order only to be sent the wrong item again. Customer service is a bot … avoid !!! I asked for a full refund for both but I’m left with 2 useless T-shirts

Easy to Shop and Buy

It was easy to find items for which I was searching. The cart and checkout process were quick and straightforward. I would have appreciated a break on shipping because I thought the shipping charge was pretty expensive.

4 stars so far… process has been great. Would be 5 stars but I tried to add on 1 additional product but would have had to pay an additional separate shipping charge? To be fair I could have been doing something wrong. Products look GREAT

Ordered the Men’s Vintage Brown Suede…

Ordered the Men’s Vintage Brown Suede Leather Shearling Coat because it looked nice especially for nearly $100. What I got wasn’t even close to what is advertised. It’s a cheap knock off with poor material and looks like a 20 dollar Halloween outfit. This place is terrible… paid for this expedited and lost money on this garbage. Please beware with this scam…extremely disappointed… they even sent the wrong size and this was a complete different item. Please save yourself and do not order this junk!
