We purchased three plans from this company and paid ₹16,000 initially for one week (despite their standard plan being one month), followed by ₹30,000 for two additional weeks under their two-month plan.

Despite this, the vast 80% of leads were fake. Many prospects explicitly stated that they had no requirement at all. We have call recordings to support this and shared them with the team. We also contact every lead within 2 to 3 hours of receiving it, so delayed follow-up cannot be used as an excuse.

Even among the leads that were supposedly "refunded," around 80% were still fake or completely unqualified.

Across all three plans, the commitment was 240 valid leads (80 per plan). However, only 48 leads actually met the agreed criteria, resulting in a valid lead rate of only around 20%.

This experience resulted in significant financial loss, wasted time, and unnecessary effort from our sales team. Instead of receiving qualified business opportunities, we spent countless hours speaking to people who had no genuine requirement or budget.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this service to businesses looking for genuine, qualified B2B leads.
