While the course content is indeed good. It will be nice to have more hands-on especially on the case study such as rental promotions and offers.

Style of presentation was excellent. I found the case studies relevant. Process flow charts in particular did bring the objectives of study to life. I did enjoy the whole experience. Boosted my confidence. Highly recommended.

Great course. No regrets buying this course and it's an excellent beginner course overall. And I will add as a business analyst, if the choose to specialize in Requirements Engineering and do some more research on each step, add some more decision making tools to my learning, learn how to facilitate meetings, add some planning skills, get into details and follow-up on tasks it will suffice for a good intermediate course on Requirement Engineering.

I attended Process Modelling Course a part of Business Analysis.
The diagrammatic representation of the processes bring the objectives of a given build to life.
I really enjoyed the two days lecture and will sit for my BA certification.
