I thought I was buying trainers off TIK TOK store but no I was signed up for a membership. They attempted to get 4 withdrawals (2 were successful )from my bank account.
Do not touch them blatant SCAMMERS

Just wanted to cancel the account. No arguments, they did.

I thought I was buying something on Facebook until I received an email from this mob asking for postage when the item was supposed to be postage free it turned out I had bought nothing except the right for them to keep taking money from my account .they are crooks and I don't understand how they are able to keep getting away with it .if you do have the misfortune to get caught out by them get on to your bank and block them from taking even more money.

Absolute criminals. Taken £150 out of my account in 3 payments noticed after the third and cancelled my so called subscription. (very underhanded how they get you to sign up borderlining misinformation) didnt get a refund and told that credits were in account and available to spend. Went to spend credits couple months later to be told that credits have now expired!!! Absolute joke will be getting legal advise. if you want them to take your money and give you a time limit to spend it after very underhanded means of getting you to subscribe this is the company for you. Criminal. Companies like these are what is wrong with the world today.

The staff is really good ,they try by all means to hel you if you need any help. They are always ready to assist you in any kind of a situation you have encountered. By the time i needed help and it was very late but i did get some assistance from them. I really like their service its one of the best.

They charged my card without authorization and without having purchased anything. I will contact them to ask for returning the amount.
It's unacceptable.
