Email spammers, never done any business with them and did not give my consent to be put on a mass mailing list, you may want to read up on GDPR before you resort to mass email spamming the public! I have saved your spam email as proof and ready to give it to Trustpilot (just in case you think of flagging this as a fake review) that trick will not work on me.

Excellent service, clear communication and a quick fix. Laptop battery on its last legs, paid for a diagnosis and then a battery replacement (with the diagnosis coming off the final costs)

If you order a phone from them which is sent with a special delivery they charge you £20 pounds which are non-refundable. The price of a refurbished ZTE BLADE which I was offered was £80 then after I said that it was way too expensive for such an old model, it went down to £75. I was in a quite stressful situation because I needed the phone for my mum urgently so I paid £75. Then I went home and found exactly the same phone on eBay for £39.99 and I requested a refund. I was told that they can only refund £55 and £20 for the special delivery are non-refundable. After debating for a half an hour the price was reduced to £65 and I got £10 refund. I decided to buy it although I was overcharged because the phone on eBay was sold out and I couldn't find it anywhere else online.
I was a regular customer before but now I am not sure I will use the service. I don't think this is the way to expand a business...quite a disappointing experience. I appreciate they found the phone I was looking for, however I was overcharged by whoever their supplier is.

Had screen replacement on iPhone. When the phone was given back the battery drained really quickly which was not a problem before. Did they change the battery for an old one????When I questioned this their advice was to spend more money and buy a new battery from them. Strange I never had a battery problem before they touched my phone. They come across as polite and professional but I can’t trust them and certainly wouldn’t advise anyone to use them .

Superb service, price was very reasonable, the repair was done very quickly and they even replaced screws I didn't know were missing. Definitely recommended.

Again never had any issues with these guys. Prices are fair although if they were cheaper it'd be good but for quality work and parts you can't go wrong. Had handheld games consoles fixed, numerous phone screens, smart watches etc,. They are really good for getting back to you when you have a query and are very good for advising you on how long the repair will take and what it will cost.
