They made an honest mistake delivering de order of someone else. After an easy and friendly chat with customer care they rectified it in the most reasonable way and timing possible.

And did I forget to mention the great price?

Paid for the product. Didn’t receive the item. No email. Nothing. On the site, couldn’t find my order.

Even 1 star is too much. They are offering goods which they do not have on stock. Then they send you a warning that it might take some time to get the goods. And when you inquire, the goods are ordered but will arrive by ship in 2 months.
How is this possible?
No refund, no cancelation.
Update: They replied, canceled the order and returned the money. So it's not a fraud, but, still not a decent policy.

It is an unreliable and fraudulent company, the web page shows the item is in stock on the 28th of June and actually tells you that it will take 3 weeks for the item to be in stock, misleading consumers into buying it. Order Number: 359990

Incorrect Model with lower price delivered.
I recently bought a Xiaomi Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 which was listed at cheaper price compared to other websites on Techpunt.nl
They delivered the incorrect model Xiaomi Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 Lite.
After contacting customer support, they acknowledged their mistake and have asked that they would replace. I will update this review once I receive the actual product that I ordered.
Update: The customer support was very helpful and they finally replaced the fan with the correct model. Kudos to the great customer experince.

I bought 2 hepa filters for xiaomi mi air purifier 3h and everything was perfect. The very same day i ordered they shipped the package that came to Italy in about 3 days. Perfect experience, will buy again.

I purchased a handrail for my Xiaomi A1 Pro Walkingpad from Techpunt on 09/02/2024. I was happy to find the correct Xiaomi handrail at a reasonable price. I then received tracking info and awaited delivery from DPD. I then received an email on 14/02/2024 from Techpunt detailing my item had been delivered and hope I will enjoy my purchase. On checking the tracking I discovered the item hadn’t left Holland and had been returned to Techpunt whom had signed for its receipt. They tried to state that DPD wouldn’t deliver to my address and asked to resend it to alternative addresses! But DPD informed me that there was information missing from Techpunt on the item so it wouldn’t clear customs. This was pointed out to Techpunt and several emails were sent before I got the reply they would send it again with all the correct details on 19/02/2024. I kept a daily check on the tracking and wasn’t surprised when I saw it had been retuned to Techpunt on 21/02/2024. I immediately contacted them and asked for a full refund, their reply was “we don’t know what is going on, we’ll contact DPD to find out” I informed them they’d had the item back and wanted a refund I didn’t want to wait any longer. I received an email from them telling me my item has been delivered and we hope you enjoy it!!!
I requested the refund again on 22, 23, 24, 25/02/2024 and then got an email on 26/02/2024 saying once they get the item back from DPD they will start processing the refund, probably this week. I then sent a jpg of the tracking showing they’d had it back on 21/02/2024 and the guy who had signed for it. Then on 27/02/2024 my card was refunded. This was followed by an email stating my refund may take some time to process but they would handle it ASAP and I will be kept informed.
This company probably has the intention of becoming a good web based store, but they have a steep learning curve to climb, the first step is to understand the correct way to send an international parcel and then to get their customer support trained and sort out their autoresponder. Until they sort themselves out I’d warn against using them.

I've purchased a few Xiaomi fans from Techpunt.nl, they're very reliable and no issues getting delivered to Ireland. Would recommend.

I recommend the site ,at the beginning I was checking everything to be sure if I order I will received because the price was half from other sites.

I've ordered two smart Wi-Fi cameras for 120 Euro. They have sent me a simple air filter worth max 10 Euro instead. I've sent the parcel with this air filter back to them and I asked for a refund. I have called them about that and I have sent them an E-mail about that.

After few days I've received the same parcel with an AIR FILTER instead the 2x Smart Wi-Fi camera.

IS THIS A PRANK????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased some HEPA-filters for my Mi Air Purifier and everything went as promised. I got answers to my questions via e-mail within a day and the delivery time was as promised. I couldn't find anywhere such cheap prices as on TechPunt.nl. I highly recommend this site!

After ordering a bicycle the backwheel broke. First they keep crying its user fault. But when i provide clear evidence that it's a factory problem they admit that it is. I send the defect product and they claim to send it to the factory for repair. Six months later after several requests they send the product back. It has never left their distribution centre! They then start crying its user fault again, and of course the evidence is now gone.
They are conners, liars and have no self respect. Do not buy here, they are in breach of EU warranty laws!

I've ordered 2 products from Techpunt, which both arrived quicky and as described. I experienced good customer service with rapid replies from the Techpunt team.

Don't waste your time and money with this company. This is the most unprofessional company I ordered from. They won't even publish your negative reviews on their website so the reviews on their website are fake.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner from them since the price was cheaper than others and it clearly said that it would be delivered in one day without mentioning that it was out of stock! So after a few days, I received an email that this product was out of stock and the delivery time would be more than 3 weeks! I decided to wait (since the price was good!). Then after 5 weeks of waiting!! I contacted them again and asked when can I receive it?! They answered that this product wouldn't get back into stock!! so they kept my money for more than a month without telling me anything!!

I found the best price here on the market, bought a Xiaomi 20000 mAh powerbank for travel, working fine. Shipping was fast and trackable, the product was well packed. I can recommend this company.
