Used spades sold to me as new items
I bought 4 spades for Yter speaker cable from Technology Factory Online Shop, however 3 of the spades were used and have scratch marks on them. I paid full price for 4 new spades but ending up getting used ones. Also one of them had been bended at a strange angle therefore I have to get it back to shape by force!
Follow up action:
The issue had been successfully resolved by Francis of Technology factory, the problem is not the fault of Technology Factory, they had been very helpful in solving the problem .I will rate them 5 stars again and will definitely buy from them in the future

I still have 4 spades from the 8 pieces set here in my hands and I checked.
And indeed at least one spade is used because you can see the speaker clamp on it.
But I promise you that they are coming straight from the Yter distributor.
We do not use these spades in our Showroom.
If we are selling a used product we mention that on our website as ex-demo.
Can you repack the spades in the shipment box?
I send you a tracking label for pickup by TNT.
I ordered already a new package and send you 4 new spades and check them in person before shipping.
The shipment cost is for me. You have no cost.
As you can see you made the first negative review which doesn't make me happy.
Is that a good plan?

Technology Factory are a real pleasure to do business with and Francis has a great charm and personal interest in high fidelity and making sure that his customers are happy. Its a relaxed environment with a focus on making sure that the customer can look at all options with no pressure. I had come from the UK to Antwerp to purchase some speakers and cables and Francis helped with everything from advice on parking regulations and the local car emission regulations to hotels. Very impressive support and fast delivery where I ended up purchasing a complete GoldenEar 9 speaker Atmos system and cables!
