Absolutely brilliant, ordered Monday evening arrived Wednesday afternoon. Fantastic help and service, so much so that I ordered a second machine 4 days later

TG3D is a great company, I brought my Creality Ender 5 from them.

The website said that it was in stock when I ordered it, but it actually wasn't, so I had to wait a bit longer to receive my printer.

But I received a filament sample and a UK plug because of the wait, which was nice!

The printers come from an EU supplier, not TechnoGeek3D, so it probably will not come with a UK plug. (My printer came from Germany, it took 4 days to receive it and didn't come with a UK Plug).

You will need to order the correct plug, but they don't cost too much.

I also ordered filament from them which is high quality and was dispatched and received quickly.

Found company by accident whilst searching for a 3d printer. However I am so glad I did. Pre-ordered printer and arrived by the date stated along with the upgrades ordered separately. Also ordered filament on Monday (late evening) and arrived today (Wednesday) via standard shipping, now that is excellent service. Alot of big name companies can learn from Technogeek 3D
on how to treat their customers right. Technogeek 3D are an excellent company and highly recommend and will be my first point of call when needing additions for my printer or another printer😊. COVID life line.. Been using them for years but they kept open supplying printers and filament throughout the pandemic meaning we could continue to print PPE for the NHS. They didn't raise prices over.. True legends! Please support them

great company i got back into 3d printing after finding out that the creality ender 3 pro was a £181.99 on technogeeks site bought 1 works well 3 months later ordered a second and works a treat had them for 5-7 months working non stop. sent by dhl from germany as theyre dropshipped from germany warehouse but they provided tracking for every step 3-4 days later arrived at my door only issue is as theyre from germany you get a non uk power plug but if your a tech savvy person like me youll have spare pc /kettle leads simple swap out and sorted. if i want more printers this is my go to place i even bought extruder parts and at the cheap price a bargain.

printed two custom dnd minnis for me, arrived on time and are perfect!

Provided a quality printing service for a part bigger than I am able to print on my own machine. Also supplies the only filament I use now. Great colours, no tangling and clean finish. Very easy to print with. I would expect to be paying more for it so I'm getting as much now whilst I can. Responds quickly on Facebook too!
