Ordered items feb 6 trusting claims of fast shipping - nothing received Feb 15

The company followed up with me - they could not ship until I approved payment of Tariff - it seems emails explain this were not getting to me. I have now approved tariff payment and hope all will now be well.

techno-tek dropped the ball

after the order was placed and paid for and waiting the 3-4 business days for shipment did not receive my part i called techno-tek found out the part was delayed in shipping because of a $24 tariff fee. no one reached out to me to correct the issue (how long would it have gone without shipping if i didn't question the order). i spent $589 on my part and because of $24 there became an issue. once resolved no further problems.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad everything went smoothly once the tariff payment was completed. Unfortunately, customs held the shipment due to the unexpected $24 tariff fee. We only receive tariff details after submitting paperwork to customs, so it isn't something we can see or control ahead of time.

We understand the delay was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. This is a common challenge for us and has affected several orders, but we’re working on improving how quickly customers are notified when customs fees arise.
