I had major installation problems
I had major installation problems, so I used the possibility to seek for help. I must admit, I never did get such a support. After some mails back and forth, which didn't help, a technician looked at it and after this still didn't work, a senior technician (thank you Brandon) was able to fix the problem. I want to thank all the different persons trying hard to help.
