I've been waiting a week for an order, which was ultimately cancelled. Strange store, strange service, I don't recommend it.

Made purchance on the 27th of January 2023 with payment and order confirmation.
Informed by after sale service that article was out of stock, 2 proposition, wait until 28 February or money back
I accepted to wait until end of February,
No news so far since than, no answer to mails neither on the phone, invalid phone number.
Following this I decided to cancel my order and get my money back unfortunately without any answer of course.
I contacted VISA to ask for money retrocession and made complains to the European consumer protection service.
Get your money but no delivery, no answer, no service, so site to be avoided at all.

On the website it says 1-2 days for delivery. Now after 2 weeks items still not sent and postponed second time. Waste of time. Responses to emails takes 5 days.

The time to wait for the maschine was much longer than promised ;after a lot of mails,I've receivedthe oven,but with a default and again waiting....It's nearly impossible to get in contact by phone.

Don’t trust products that appear to be in stock
They did not send the product that appeared in stock for a month. And now they updated the estimated shipping date again, they want me to wait 2 months again. I requested a refund.

Easy to order and fast delivery
It was very easy to order even if I do not know a word in German.
A week later I have recieved the item; - and it was the New Year week (order placed on 27th of Decemer and delivery on 3rd of January).
The item -TechniSat DigiRadio 580, was packed in original box, but manual is just in German so I had to download the radio's manual from the produser' site and translate it.
Happy with the seller, hope will buy again from them
