Bad company bad customer service

The case was too small for my gpu. My mistake it wasnt clear on the website about what size gpu could fit into to the case. The return service is a joke the box I recieved from them was damaged I took pictures when i recieved it from dpd. they accepted a return but then declined the return when they recieved the case saying the box was damaged and said it was from the the delivery company they told me to claim on the couriers insurance. I have to pay for a courier to pick it up from them after sending
it back. Steer wheel clear from this company.

Disappointing all around

Requested delivery for Friday, was delivered Tuesday. Ordered a cooler master platinum argb psu, received the non rgb version. Will never use them again

Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that you had selected the free delivery option, Order placed on Monday 18th March and it was delivered on Tuesday 19th March. We did not note any special instructions on the order for Friday delivery, regardless we do not offer timed delivery.

Regarding the non-RGB PSU you received, we sincerely apologize for our oversight. While the product part code, description, and price were correctly displayed for the non-RGB variant, the images were mistakenly shown as RGB. We are actively working to rectify this discrepancy.

We understand that you did not have the opportunity to allow our customer service team to address the issue before leaving a negative review. Are a good company but...

Is a good company, with competitive prices and next day shipping... however the warehouse seem a little shambolic about shipping, which ironically is their only real task. Sent the shipment to the unmanned billing address instead of shipping address. They didnt update the account with the shipping status or tracking information either just sat at "processing" until called several times to find out what was going on. Meaning for a whole week no one at the sales office could tell me where my shipment was... Worked out as TechNextWeek. And TechSentSomewhereElseInstead. Project deadlines were missed. Shame. I would certainly use them again, but with caution if the shipping address was different from billing. They did actually get the item to me the next day as promised - only, it was at the billing address. And at least there was someone at the other end of a phone rather than only a dumb online bot so credit to them for service.

Very good price and timely delivery, but be careful which payment card you use

Price - 5*. The best price in the UK at the time I ordered the product. (Samsung EVO 850 2TB SSD.)
Delivery - 5* Ordered Thursday evening after cut-off time. Received product Monday with free 2-3 day delivery option.
Reason for 4* overall experience was that my payment using a non-bank issued stored value Mastercard was rejected after secondary checks by TechNextDay's payment fulfilment provider the next morning. The card had more than sufficient stored value for the transaction.
This meant a frantic call to TechNextDay, whose phone number presented as X T Racing on my mobile phone. This led to me being concerned that the company may not be legitimate, but all was swiftly resolved.
Be sure to use a bank-issued payment card with this company and all should go smoothly.
It would help greatly if TechNextDay could update the details of its phone number, so it does not display as X T Racing!
